Played KH2 for the first time recently. Am a L A R G E OCD. Cousin kept yelling at me to stop worrying about getting the puzzle pieces. I disobeyed and fire-d everytime. I win.
Square Enix might've made a great Action RPG, but perhaps they haven't perfected balancing it as a platformer.... But then again, seems like it's for the better here!
Kh1 was full of platforms. the community hated that aspect especially how easy they can get lost. Which is why kh2 is just hallways, with only fm showcasing how it can be a platformer with the cavern of remembrance.
Fun fact if you quick run over a open space you can go straight into a air dodge which then can make it even easier to get those pieces in the imperial palace
My friend and I spent probably a hour and a half getting the twilight town one using the skateboard. I love when you can make a game inside of a game. Like, hold up xemnas, I got other shit going on.
Glad to see someone upload this :) I've always loved getting these as early as possible, it's just a lot of fun to get creative with forms/attacks. Attacking/casting Fire spells while in master form has always been a good short-medium glide substitute.

I actually got the second piece in the Beast's Castle by letting a Crimson Jazz launch me into the stratosphere XD. Who needs Glide when you have Crimson Jazzes?
If you think about it, fires been abusable in all the Kingdom Hearts games: Zero xp glitch, mega flare, this, firestorm, megaflare again, and KH3 firaga.
you can get the one in the village in the land of dragons even earlier than that just before you enter the cave and get ambushed if you've leveled up Valor form to high jump level 2 you can use it to jump on the roofs all the way to the top of the well
1: mulan's limit lets you fly 2: triple jump by transforming into master form after aerial dodge then using fire 3: jump then reflect 4. 5, 6: wisdom form fire gives you a small height boost
I remember a puzzle piece in Space Paranoids that I'm pretty sure you were supposed to get with glide, but I didn't have glide so I used a skateboard and did sick tricks in the air to stay in the air long enough to get the piece.
I remember on the last piece you showed in Beast's Castle, I used the heartless that summons three fireballs to shoot upwards from the attack and got the piece there.
I got the first sticker in beast's castle early by using the lance heartless and grabbing onto them. Took about 20-ish attempts but I got the sticker really early.
You could have also gotten the far one in the Throne Room from the corner of the emperor's throne, but it requires Master with LV 3 Air Dodge. The sticker at Curly Hill can be obtained in the same manner (in fact, most stickers that are too high and require Glide LV MAX actually just require Air Dodge LV 2 + Master)
For some reason every form kept sliding towards the ball when I used fire for the last one. Solution: Hit the ball under the sticker so Master and Wisdom home in on it automatically.
Cool stuff. Did you know you can kill enemies and deflect their attacks with the Skateboard by doing tricks? This game's mechanics have so many little details that it's insane.

You know you can stay in the middle of the drive menu while moving around, you don't have to move and then navigate the menu afterwards. The only thing you can't really do is attack or press X, but everything else is fair game (Edit: appears I'm wrong)
Ah, i see you are a man of culture as well I remember always using Master Form+Fire spamming to getting the ones that needed glide, but i see Wisdom is also pretty useful. 1:50 I used the ball of the minigame with Master Form to get to that one but its not as cool as using Wisdom
I like never used Wisdom form until the end lol, Very creative. I was able to get most of em using other methods before glide but not in the way you showed

My favourite is to get the puzzle piece in Pride Work using sprint jumping + spamming Reflega. I loved to discover it as a kid.
For the one at 1:40 I managed to grab it with Valor High Jump level 2 and an air attack at the peak to slide up the statue
