Would be possible to add rotation of cilindrical external parts, like in a time wheel? And, how hard would it be?
And also not just only one level of rotation on that external cilinders, what about two levels of rotation?

What i mean is rotating only one half of the external cylinder, not to the point where it intersects the other cilinder, so it creates two cilindrical sections, one that can not rotate and one that can rotate along cylinder axis.
The compund skewb is square shape and the external part that can rotate along perpendicular to face axis is too deep, so it fdoes not divide the protuberance in half, hope now is more clear what i mean.
