as an up and coming pizza chef, this is amazing to watch thank you, u helped me alot last year threw your videos during my setup time, thank you massimo
Hi, the option you mentioned as a favorite also requires a vehicle to transport the towed cart on which the oven is assembled. Is a small vehicle enough to tow the cart? Where do you store all the gazebo equipment, dough tables and other equipment? A refrigerator for storing the dough while rising? Thank you, following the materials you upload, they are very interesting and professional, thank you
Yes for any setup are you choose you need a list small van or any vehicle to transport all equipment also you need your own kitchen to prepare all food and storage all tables etc
Great video! Im looking at putting a big oven and an open air counter on the back of my flatbed truck. Lots of space and its the perfect height for a working surface already. Trouble is, the bed is rusty so i have to weld new steel to it first.
Thanks for the great content! Is it not a problem that the stones from the oven get damaged from little potholes on the road? And how heavy is the trailer? 🙏🏻
@@massimonocerino Thank you for your answer, I will start my activity with this setup. Another 1000 thanks for all the info you give which is very valuable for people like me who want to start a Pizzaiolo activity.
very informative . i do not see the generator{ what kind, electrical, gaz , gas } and the fridge and all the cold equipment. can you make a video about that and how you unload all of that from your van or vehicule ? not just the oven ... that would help a lot of us to understand what is going on in the unloading phase and preparation . thanks
@@massimonocerino i reside in france for the moment . i used to live in the usa phoenix and ca where everything is always big . however, they are more demanding regarding health hazards and it cost more { comissary mandatory and expensive . you cannot have your own kitchen } . i plan to move down to spain costa del sol or faro portugal and do mobile pizzza there soon . i have being doing all kind of schooling for the last 15 years. i am working on street market right now like you , but i am a commercial sale rep selling my own herb mix . i like your folding tent . i am using my father 's which is 2 tents with a stand each for the sun in the summer . thanks for replying . you are more informative than vito lacopelli on youtube in los angeles

you think 2 OONI KODA 16 ovens for a popup store is enough for a small stand in a market?
It's ok for small pizza business like 40/ 50 pizzas maximum that oven don't keep up the temperature for commercial business

Don't you need a van to carry your equipment and dough?
Yes you need vehicle for any setup you choose. Without van or any vehicle you can't run any mobile business
