A basic dough, fresh mozzarella cheese, San marzino tomatoes, fresh Basil, and olive oil. I make this at home twice a week. I wish I had a brick oven. My oven gets very hot and preheated at a very high temperature gets the job done! Pizzerias hear in the U.S. have become such a joke! Cheap ingredients they are using is just ridiculous. Make a decent Pizza at least! Bravo to you Mr Massimo a True Italian that takes pride in his Pizza!!!
