What's the standard rpm limit for a vanvan? Will an 8k rpm tacho be high enough?

+Power Suzuki Hi, the tachometer comes with 4 wires.
-The green wire from the tachometer to pick up the signal tabs the black wire from the negative end of the ignition coil.
      - The red wire for 12v power tabs the red/black on the left side under the fuel tank.
      - The black ground wire goes to the bike's frame.
      - The yellow wire for backlight tabs the orange wire on the left side under the fuel tank.
All the wires neatly go through the bike's existing removable cable ties. You need to remove the fuel tank first to see.
