In this video I share with some thoughts about how I use type in my collages.
The idea of the COLLABORATIVE COLLAGE CHALLENGE project is
to create small collages out of material that comes from people
around the globe to connect with my community and to challenge myself.
The biggest challenge for me is to create collages with random collage pieces. It's totally out of my comfort zone and every singe collage is teaching me a lot about myself and collage making in general.
Each week, I share tips, tricks, advice and inspiration to help you getting back into the creative flow 🙌

Great knife skills! This was a fun vlog ❤
Idk why, but I really love this kind of art now since being a graphic designers 3 years ago. Thank you for sharing! Greetings from Indonesia
This turned out great, especially the way you altered the cursive advertising word. Your comment that the "H looks stiff" made me laugh. But it really did! That curvaceous R was a much better choice. I so look forward to seeing your creations every week. Are you keeping the scraps you don't use?
Thank you Karen! I keep the scraps. When the project is done I maybe use them for more „mixed up“ collages. we will see 😁
