Been a civil engineer for 25 years now, my laptop is an old second hand Lenovo T480, no dedicated GPU, 16Gb of RAM and 512Gb SSD. Why? Because all companies I work for install their CAD / FEM etc software on virtual machines. I never have to install anything, just login and go to work. That said.. if I do need power (mostly for deep learning) I switch to my ASUS Zephyr 32Gb RAM and 16Gb dedicated GPU 😊 ... not a single civil engineering software to be found here 😂
Sir I'm planning to buy a laptop for 4 years long civil or mechanical engineering + i have a hobby for coding and programming 😅 Which laptop is best for me under 60k or 65k? ❤❤❤
