you can't just paste the link in the folder my guy. Go to your mod manager. Click the steam workshop icon in the top right. Then put "money" in the searchbar. Click a mod and click subscribe. (it won't cost anything) Then close the window and you will be back in the mod manager. Here you will now click the mod, and the arrow pointing to the right. (which is also on the right side) Then click activate mods. Now you can simply play and get a ton of money at once. Usually one time is enough. There's one mod with like 150 million for a 400 km drive.
I may be wrong but it seems as though the Great Steppe has footage of Promods Middle East, I saw a sign that said Tel Aviv.

There are very good maps, but it sucks because they are not integrated. Having to create a profile for each is totally pointless
