- Hey guys! Today I am sharing with you my first impressions of the cult favorite eyeshadow brand Viseart! This one was long overdue- I've gotten many comments over the years about Viseart- some from those who swear by Viseart shadows and others saying they were not too impressed. Viseart is constantly having sales on their website. I always get 40% or 30% off. Forget Sephora and Beautylish for this brand. Also, their large empty palettes are great.
They just had a great sale on the Viseart website. I love their shadows and have multiple pallets. I think some are slightly better than others. Great brand!

I love the viseart formula and that you can move the pans around. And actually for as small as the pans look they contain 1 gram of product which is more than what a Natasha denona mini palette has at .8 grams
❤ I have the Petites Mattes Warm and the Petites Mattes Dark and as a seventy-something I LOVE these palettes so much. Any look can be created -- casual, dressy, subdued, wild -- you can be an artist and know the shades stay where you put them !! *Highly recommend.*

I love Viseart for the same reasons i love Nars eyeshadows. I'm 47 (and i do love sparkle and shimmer) these shadows are so pretty on the eyes and never accentuate dryness or texture. They're blendable and layer so well. Love how your looks turned out. I don't have this palette yet, but it's going on the wishlist 😊
I have been using Viseart for a few years. I just told my daughter the other day, if my Viseart palettes were all I had, I would be just fine!
I adore Viseart! (PS, you are pronouncing it correctly. Viz e art.). I own at least a dozen of their palettes. I am a huge fan of their mats and really enjoy the cool mattes palette.
Absolutely love Viseart, they’re a favorite among MUA’s. Those pans are small but I believe it’s still a full gram of product for each pan. Best places to purchase are from Viseart or Muse Beauty. Each have great sales during the year.

Mandi I highly recommend the Paris Edit, Lila’s & Lila’s deux quads knowing the shades and formulas you like. There is a little more pow to the shimmers. The mattes are always fantastic. Excellent quality!
Been using Viseart for about 6 years now and started off with the Neutral Mattes palette which was the gateway for me to explore more. I truly love this brand and so glad you tried them out finally. Your looks were winners!!
I ♥️ Viseart! I’ve been ordering through Ipsy because they have really good deals on the small palettes pretty often
The pan size on the Viseart Petites is deceiving. They're small, but deep, a full gram. Their larger palettes have huge pans that are meant for makeup artists, so it makes the petites seem much smaller than they are.
A full size Mac single is 1.5 grams. Anastasia Soft Glam pan size is 0.74 grams. Natasha Denona My Dream pan size is 1.28 grams. ND mini pans are 0.8 grams. Colourpop singles are 1.5 grams.
Exactly, I just said this in another comment. The size is actually good !! I have 2 of the big 12 pan palettes. I wish they sold the smaller ones when I bought. Those smaller ones are a steal when on sale !
I love viseart, well worth the price!! Camera ready cosmetics has a big/ huge selection of this brand.

Absolutely love the evening look. I go with cool tones & can see this working for me. However, not sure I would buy this palette. I've been considering Viseart palettes for some time, but just haven't felt drawn to them yet. Thanks for all you do for your viewers.
Thank you for this review Mandy! We definitely have some more potent shimmer shades in our palette roster. I also recommend using a little bit of mixing medium if you want to amp up the shimmer even more.

The thing with viseart imo is that the formula is so reliable..the mattes are easy to blend the shimmers are gorgeous some have more sparkle some just super smooth and the website itself is ALWAYS having good sales! Also I think they have one of the longest shelf lives as far as powder eyeshadow goes..

I recently got my first Viseart palette, the Petites Mattes neutral and I LOVE it. I can create beautiful all matte looks especially with the white one as the inner corner and brow shade which is the best white I’ve tried and the black is a brilliant liner. I keep it on my table every day as a fill in for days when palettes lack the right base or transition shades. It is an excellent addition to my collection and I’ll definitely try more. In fact I have the all shimmer mini one on order to keep on my table for days when shimmer shades are lacking in other palettes.
I love both looks you created, orangey looks are my favourite and my hair/eye/skin colours match yours so I love seeing your looks. The switch to night look was stunning. I find your style of applying eyeshadows the absolute best on RUclips so thank you so much ❤️

i just got palettes from them! Their mattes are fantastic and the undertones are spot on. I agree about the shimmers, so that is when I bring in a topper if i want to! Great review as always!
I have their large matte pallet and enjoy it! I wear mostly mattes so that is the one that works best for me. I find the quality to be wonderful. They just had a sale on their website so if you sign up there you will get notified the next time they have one. Both your looks were beautiful!

Viseart has taken over my vanity. I've searched for years for the perfect crease color. Every neutral turns orange or is too cool. Viseart sand and shoreline from the cool mattes pallet are perfect! (Slim pro cool mattes coming back in the spring--issues getting the pigments in.) I have tried 9 different pallets and have yet to be disappointed. They are high quality and blend effortlessly. You can use the shimmers wet for even more punch. Also, their pans/pallets are magnetic so you can rearrange the colors to your liking or swap in a different color from a similar size.

Beautiful look. I only have one and i loooove it. They blend alone! I was also shocked the first time I saw it in person, it was such mini palette but i would never be able to finish a palette anyway and the quality is gorgeous.

Any true MUA would have at least one or two of Viseart's pallettes in their kit; they are a standard in the industry.

I've only seen makeup artists hitting pan on a viseart shadow ^^ or people that only have that specific palette for years. Even though they are small, you do get enough for the money you pay
Beautiful! The blue seemed to become somewhat gray on my monitor which is a tv.
You have nice shaped eyes to show eye shadow well. Viseart is an excellent brand especially if you travel.. the petite pro palettes are light and easy to pack.
Viseart shadows are my all-time favourites (it's Vis---eee-art not V-eyes-art). The Petit Pro palettes are small, but there is a surprising amount of shadow in the pans and they are tightly packed. It took me three years to hit pan on a basic cream shade - I do have a large collection, but have used them a lot. I think that there is around 1 gram per pan. It's a great formula but the larger pans are even better than the Petit Pros (Etendu and the larger 12 pans).
I love Viseart, but always order from their site for best selection and sale prices. I have a couple of the smaller pallets, which I prefer, because I rarely “ use up” a shadow, and don’t mind a small pan size. Check out the Paris Edit!

Viseart pans are small but deep. They have a full size amount of eyeshadow in them (check the weight), just in a more travel friendly package.

Oh lord why wasn't it payday today I missed the sale. I have looked at these so many times and gosh for client meetings church a brunch or luncheonbits the perfect amount of elegance. No its not pat McGrath or Natasha but it's understated elegance full throttle. Simply stunning.
The size she bought the packaging is small. But is it actually 1 gram per pan. Which is more then ABH soff glam . Plus they have the longest self life of any eyeshadow. I have 2 of the OG 12 pan matte palettes. But if I bought now I would get the smaller size ones, of the 12 pan mattes. Still a lot of product.
I would love to try Viseart, but the shipping cost takes away any discount, I don’t need $75 worth of viseart to get free shipping 😐 loving the looks you created Mandy 💜

I like what you did with the look. Would have loved it if you played with the teal upper lash line a little deeper. That said It looks good on you. I think you got a sophisticated look from it.

I love their warm mattes and neutral mattes. I do know they have a lot of different shimmer finishes. Morgan Turner Makeup knows Viseart. If you want a more metallic formula check out her videos. I know she has mentioned that. The famous big 12 pan mattes now come in smaller sizes. Which are still a good amount , and they are 40 bucks. But you can get is sale for 30. I "think" the smaller ones have more product then ABH palettes used to have. Just the packaging is smaller.

I think this particular palette is exactly what I'm looking for, an everyday palette that I could realistically pan in one year, and then move on to a new small palette.

I do like a little shimmer in my eyeshadow too. I do not like Pat McGrath cause it's all the same color in every pallet, PINK.
I love Colourpop pallets better than anything else I have tried.
This is a brand that I kind of want to try. I always see them on decluttering vids and they are always getting chopped, so although the color stories intrigue me, the fact that they’re getting de cluttered and the price reference make me look the other way.
I have been a collector of Viseart and compared to current palettes their formula is sub par.

I'm probably the only one who dislikes Viseart. I tried 3 of their palettes and I didn't like any of them. I just didn't wanna deal with the fallout the shimmers had, they were such a disappointment. They would always flake off so I had sparkles all over my face and disappear off my hooded lids. Everyone was raving about their formula saying how they were worth the investment so they were one of the first high end eyeshadow brands I bought. I didn't expect that colourpop would be better than them lol

On screen, the color you were keep referring to as green looks more teal is it truly green or is it more of a teal ?
Yeah, I thought it was teal in the palette but more green on her eyes. Maybe it's my phone skewing the colors?
The pans might look tiny but they're pretty deep - each pan has 1 gram of product.
I watched another of your videos and you made the comment that drugstore products are often as good as department stores in lesser quality packaging. I’ve always thought similarly. Older I’m wiser. The more expensive products perform better and treat skin better. The cheaper product ironically may have better packaging. Yes, the plastic often disintegrates but generally the product inside lasts longer than the more expensive product. Go figure. Spend more to get the better product and it’ll look better in packaging but it won’t last as long. If I could go back to my younger years I would buy less but buy the best I could afford. Likely I would find a counter sales person at any of the department stores and stick with their suggestions.

Vise art is a good brand but definitely not exceptional you can find the same quality in cheaper palettes. I find some palettes are better than others. I find the don’t last as long as other brands, they seem to fade out throughout the day.

I tried a couple of Viseart palettes through the years and decluttered them both. Goes on great, but wears off on me in no time despite using a good eyeshadow primer. Natasha Denona and Sydney Grace and NARS don’t do that, so no more Viseart for me!
Do you have oily lids? I do and just wondering.
I agree, they seem to fade relatively quick for the price point, and the actual formula isn’t special in any way.

I have oily leads and I have the same issue, they just melt! And I have tried several primers. Although this is not true of all Viseart pallettes. The Cashemerie Étendu holds rather well.
I agree, when I tried these shadows I was a bit disappointed bc they seemed to not have any wow factor. They are very good quality, however just normal matte and shimmer formula, nothing eye catching per say, but great for everyday.
I do like some of your pallets but I still don’t think they’re the best for the price.
Hi Mandy, I’m not used of seeing you zoomed in while you do your makeup. I wish you did that more because it’s much nicer. To be honest I never was interested in buying a Viseart eyeshadow palette. I need those shimmers 😅.
