How to make Soft Milk Bread

    Today, I made soft and chewy milk bread.
    It's easier to make than you think, and you can make bread like this at home.
    *There are many ways to make it with hand-pulled dough,
    It is made of machine dough for the stability of gluten.
    *The bread mold used a small mold.

    *The butter is slightly soft at room temperature
    Use milk at room temperature so that it doesn't feel cold.
    (You can heat it up in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.)
    * Preheat oven temperature 200/200 during 2nd fermentation
    170 / 170 Bake for 18-20 minutes
    [Ingredients] *This is for 2 mini breads!
    □ Strong flour 300g
    □ Sugar 30g
    □ Salt 6g
    □Dry yeast 6g
    □ Butter 50g
    □ Milk 200 ml
    1)Place in a mixing bowl with strong sugar and salt.
    2)Next, put the dryer in a mixing bowl.
    (It's better not to touch salt and sugar until the dough is kneaded! Be careful of this and put it separately in a mixing bowl.)
    3)Mix all the ingredients in 1 step of the kneader.
    4)Pour the milk slowly, and when it starts to mix properly, place the kneader in 2-3.
    5)When the dough is lumped together, stop the kneading machine for a while
    Add the butter to the soft bottom. (Fast speed)
    6)When the dough starts to get smooth, keep an eye out for it.
    7)If you take a little bit of the dough and spread it out thinly, it's done if you spread it out so that you can see your fingers.
    8)Take out the dough, round it up, wrap it up and ferment it for about an hour.
    (It's good to make 5-6 breathing holes with a toothpick.)
    9)Divide the dough into quarters and circle.
    10)Middle fermentation for 20 minutes.
    11)Mold the dough and ferment it secondarily until it is about a centimeter above the bread mold.(Approximately 1 hour)
    12)Preheat the oven to 200 degrees before the second fermentation is complete.
    13) Lower the temperature to 170 degrees and bake while watching for 18-20 minutes.
    14)Put the bread mold on the floor and remove the bread.
    (It's a process to blow away moisture.Make sure to hit the floor hard.)
    15)If you cool it enough in a cooling net, it's complete.

      @@pluffycookingdiary 답변 감사해요 .. 더 궁금 하게 있는데요 혹시 마지막 예열 200도 하라고 하시는데 그냥 오븐기에 200도 몇분하면 예열 하는건가요..?? 제가 초보라 잘몰라서요...

      굽기 전에 200도로 20분 이상 예열해 주시고 빵 구우실 때 170도로 다시 맞춰서 구워주시면 됩니다!
