I remember when I was 12 and I visited Times Square with my grandparents and cousins. It was a sunny summer day, and the Naked Cowboy was there. I thought it was the funniest thing, and I took a video of him on my dinky little point and shoot camera which I still have somewhere. This summer, it will be 7 years since that moment.
I remember going to new York and my mom was just like pointing him out she was all "ITS THE NAKED COWBOY!!" Hehe I didn't know until that day who he was now I guess he is pretty famous in new York😂

I remember him getting more well known when TRL on MTV started back in 1999-2000 or so. Since the studio was in Times Square, he was often in a lot of the footage filmed outside. That is how I know about him. lol
This isn’t the original naked cowboy though. So confused. Another guy franchised the act which he left out of this story. I remember a different guy always on the Howard Stern show back in the 90s
