Great to see that I am not the only person who cleans areas and parts before taking things off or apart......I was starting to thing that I was the crazy one....well done.
@@markeyre6916 😂 yep! It definitely warmed my hands up on such a cold day! Lol. Thanks! This one’s going to need a lot of work, we hope to get back on it very soon
B's are mechanically simple and hearty, but the poor bodies rust so badly. I'm glad to see you showing your boys the ropes and sharing with your audience, but man that's a rust bucket! Lol. Looking forward to seeing more work on the roadster.
@@ericcriteser4001 yeah it’s definitely a lot more rusty than our other BGT was unfortunately. The roadster is definitely in much better shape, we hope to get back to working on that one pretty soon, just needs brakes and a few repairs to the floor and a couple other minor things to make it streetable. Thanks!
@@W0uter1992 thanks! Yes it does sound good! Just had to get it broken back in and get those valves to seal and rings to seat again properly before it would.
The kids will treasure the memories getting this car going! Good job persevering!
Thanks! The kids absolutely love working on these old cars and getting them running.
You and the boys have a lot of work ahead of you on that MG. The MGBGT is the one to have. I have a 78 MGB I imported from Oregon. Good luck.
@@TheVEUTE yes it’s definitely going to be a lot of work, but we are up for it. The boys are excited to get this one on the road! Thanks!
