Tag gets a bad rap in the watch community which I don't agree with. I have had two and they were great watches. They did a nice job on this piece. There quality is just as good as any other brand at this price point.
These videos have been getting better and better - really appreciate the added perspective of how the dials made you feel, what you like and what do you don’t, even though you carry the brand. Agreed I really can’t stand the steam punk vibe a cyclops eye puts out.
Great video! I personally have the night diver one but was debating on that and the black/silver one with yellow accents. I like the night diver more as it “pops” out and was in a 007 movie.
I prefer the previous generation Aquaracer 🤷🏻♂️ think the new gen are too flashy whereas the previous was a little more under the radar. Really really don’t like the date zoom either 🤢 I’ll hold onto my previous gen haha
I bought the Bluey while on a holiday. I love it ... but now I think I want black... but black isn't as versatile as white... omg my brain is malfucntioning!
Excellent review mate. I’m a new guy to watch collecting and I’m torn between this and the black bay heritage. Obviously they are totally different watches in style but in your opinion which is the better watch? I’ll probably buy both though!!
I really really like this new generation of aquaracers. For me the blue dial steel bezel is the one that I am looking to purchase. My only gripe is the battery life witch is on the lower end
Nice video mate. I’ve got the blue dial with steel bracelet and already thinking to get the black dial with rubber strap but I’m also considering getting the steel bracelet.
Very attractive looking diver. Just the movement 38 Hrs power reserve? For the exact same price I feel to get Oris Aquis cal.400 instead which is 5 days of power reserve.
Well considering the 43mm actually measures without counting the bump or crown at 44.5mm. Definitely not that one. Tag I guess needs to lie because a 44-45mm watch just wouldn’t sell well. I love the way every reviewer keeps saying it looks bigger to the eye. It doesn’t look. It is. They just save it with a lug height of 48mm. Stick with the 40/41mm Aquaracer.
It’s not. You have to remove the bezel and remove some little screws behind the bezel and remove the front to get to the movement apparently. I read that on another channel anyways…
Nope not for me. The older model is far better with the bigger indices which play off the light. The silver should be white. It looks like its Tags take on the Seamaster. I examined this new Aquaracer close up and the detail isn’t good enough and the price has gone up. Oh do they still use the ugly plastic packer inside ? At least the Aquaracer doesn’t have the cheepo pressed clasp as on the F1. For me I would buy the old version especially the White version.
Where else should a store be? Rolex stores are in shopping Malls... so are Panerai, and Cartier and Omega. I mean it's not like they are a fleamarket with Invictas.
@@Art-is-craft when I mean by poor man is the fact that someone can't afford the better product one and they have to settle for the one that imitates it. Ferrari and Porsche are two completely different cars; BMW and Bentley are completely different cars, but this watch is almost and exact copy of the Seamaster.
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial thanks!! Looking forward to your feedback. Most people say it’s not worth the price and that there are “better” watches for that price but honestly I can’t find anything that looks as attractive and fits as well on me as that model. Will look for a good pre owned deal if needed but I really love that model. Where does one draw the line between having a “better” watch and what looks/feels great? I definitely don’t want a bad watch either but the buy must be worth it.
Surly it has to be the black dial... what do you think?!
The 844 homage mate. For certain.
I’ve got the blue dial but now thinking to get the black dial. Just torn between rubber strap or another steel bracelet.
@@veronicaisl you should get a north face summit series or 800 to go with ur alleged winter watch collection / have a good holiday weekend
black dial vs people that don't speak Spanish
@@PaulAngeloff that is very very disappointing ffrpom a retail perspective 1994 - 201

So that AQUARACER TAG or Stowa Prodiver about quality ?

I would go for the blue one with an extra blue rubber strap for summer:)
Silver dial for me, but I’m biased as I’ve just pulled the trigger on one. 😎

Yeah the 6 o clock useless date magnifier is awful on the new ones
Hi, can you review the new aquaracer at 42 mm

Nice looking watch but it would had been nice if they had offered it in 41mm.
Looks like a Omega seamaster great video
Hey Chisholm, could you please make a video on the Tag Heuer Aquaracer 300 Black dial and steel bracelet version? Please and thank you!
Great video 😁
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed

Tag are easier to find due to the wider network of dealers.
Ye but Oris is just ugly
I got the blue dial I like it

I'd pick one up tomorrow if it was between 39-41mm

Shopping mall watch with plastic spacer that dont hold value
Get a pre owned aquaracer and it’s a great tool watch. Not many watches that are that good for under £1500
You read that on a forum didn’t you.😉

This is the poor man's Omega "Seamaster" 300m. The colourways, the bezel and the dial design are copies of the stunning Omega watch.
Not a poor man at all. That is like saying bmw is a poor man’s Bentley or Porsche is a poor man’s Ferrari.
