ps noise sounds like a noisy idler pully, might repair with a little penetrating oil sprayed on the idler bearing.

replace the whole thermostat housing with a metal housing. If you don't IT WILL LEAK!

@@AutomotiveMoney i had a 1998 ranger and trasform her into a 2010, i put, the fron end, leather seats, airbags, dor mirrors etc. And i love it so much it had 56 k miles when i sold her.
I realy miss my ranger.
