My clock will not come on. I push the buttons and they wont change the time. The navigation is working but not the time

Yea my truck wont show the time after i put in a new battery and i press set time but it wont do anything

There’s a secret code you have to put in to set the clock after this happens. Google Tahoe secret code

Ok so I have updated my nav on my 07 Avalanche and I have the slash in my gps and the truck show that I'm in the right area but when I'm using it it will tell me that I'm going the wrong way when I know I'm going the right way I have taken it in for this o was told that my global positioning systems needed updated I payed $100 for that and I still can't use it help me

+adaminthemiddle How did you update it? Did you put in a new DVD with a newer map version? What happens when you put the old DVD back in?

+jewllake I took the old disc out put the new disc in and waited like 15-30 mins while the truck was updating and after it was done it said I was in another state but sometimes my gps works and says where I'm going and sometimes it says I'm going the other way I have called the updated gm navy disc and told them my problem they told me maybe my on star thing needed replaced/updated so I did that cost $100+ taxes but now my gps is now starting to work good but there still roads that don't show up on my gps and sometimes it says I'm on the wrong road but it's to my right
