I was going through her Go Fund Me page and saw she has thousands of donations. Many of them from billiards related names. She must be a great person and touched so many lives to get that outpouring of support from so many in the community. She's still alive and battling as of today. Best Wishes Jeanette. I remember in the 90s it was just basically you and Karen Fisher and Karen Corr representing billiards on ESPN. One of the greatest ever.
I don't know if she will ever read this but I have to say she's a hero of mine. She wanted to inspire women to get into pool but she also inspired us guys because she was just so damn good. I hope she can beat this and I'm sending love and support to her and her family. #blackwidowisagodess
When I first saw her, I was smitten. When I heard she was from Brooklyn and had scoliosis, I rooted for her. And when I heard they had to carry her out after 38 straight hours of pool playing... I became a fan for life.
She has one of the most boss nicknames ever. But she is the player I remember on ESPN and she was SOOO smooth when playing, add in her persona and her look, she embodies the nickname lol Hope she beats this cancer BS :(
@Dan S Asians and Latinos have that in common lol. There’s no gradual aging, it’s an off and on switch. One day they are beautiful and young for their age, then the next day they’re a granny lol
Jeanette, you have been my favorite since I started watching 9 ball tourneys YEARS ago! All business. Sexiness is a bonus. You are awesome! Thanks for making me a fan!
Credit where credit is due..she is good. I met her once. she was brought into a local tournament to play a couple of finalist and show some trick shots, motivational pool speech etc. and seriously .. my girlfriend and I both play and went together. she started bashing men. That is the way I took it and my GF so we left.
It is true. The person you become when playing is totaly diffirent. Just take jasmin ouchan for example. When she plays she looks totally like one of the players you cannot even aproach but she is actually one of the friedliest people around

Heard the news today and just really saddened. Prayers go out to her and her little ones.
I love her. Today she revealed she has terminal cancer.
I can't believe it. She is amazing.

I love her so much.... Get healthy hon. Stay strong. I will always be praying for you.
Fellow Brooklynite, she's adorable and tough at the same time. I love her.

Jesus does this woman ever age? I remember watching her on espn2 back in 1993.
😔
Asians look young forever, then they age 50 years overnight
@@chapel66 I'm so glad I'm not the only person who noticed that

Jeanette Lee & Ewa Mataya Laurance are my favorite 2 pool players.
Jeanette ROCKS
Was always more a Jasmine Oschan fan but so sorry and saddened to hear about Jeanette. Such a great personality. Hope she somehow beats this.

I've had the hots for her since I was a YOUNG man watching pool in the 90's...

*_THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES. MUCH LOVE_*
Isn't that a bit premature?
You do realize that she's still alive?

@@bennylloyd-willner9667 okay thanks.... I watched a 30 for 30 on her and they never mentioned it.
Uh... she's still alive and her cancer seems to have gone into remission.
This is how I check tables everywhere. A nasty table is bad for the game.
She is my aunt 😁
I’m not lying
I wish I were your uncle.
I ain't lying.
😀😁😂
That explains why your account was made when you posted this right?
It's ironic I'm watching this and bowling got mentioned. People refer to me as "Taker", as in WWE Undertaker.
Hayyyy
I have pics of her choking me after a game where I got a bit lucky. lol...
i honestly didn't know she was a real person. i only played the pinball machine with her name on it. i thought she was made up. i'm feelin bamboozled
There is a pinball game about Jeanette Lee
I have it
RS Ryan and Squrty! Sharkie’s shootout! Love that game!
