Casio also makes very good and affordable analog and even dress watches, I don't know why watch reviewers specially western RUclipsrs overlook Casio's dressy/formal models and only focus on Casio's digital models.
The ABL-100WE is my last Casio purchase and I absolutely love it, the bracelet is perfect. I wish it would have a stainless steel case but I have that argument to pick up an A1100 and justify it to my wife.
The M5610U should be here. Solar and multiband6 is cool. Buy it and forget. Ideal watch for every day use. In a price what cannot beat by anything else. Sorry for my bad english. Non native speaker.

The AW-81D is a great ana-digi for around $25 US. It has a tonneau shape, blue dial, large positive digi display and it is just way cool. I wear it on the Casio rubber strap which I prefer over the bracelet.
I really like what Casio is trying to do with the ABL-100 by putting in some "smart" functions. It's not my cup of tea but I like the innovation and would love to see Casio build on this with the retro design they used for the watch. The A1100 is absolutely the most stunning watch in the whole collection in my opinion. I just wish it had the 24hr time format. I hope they upgrade this model in the future. When I first saw the WS1700 I thought this could be the next Royale. However there is only one Royale. The King of bargain, the Godfather of all Casio's, the famous and infamous AE1700. Let us all salute the King and if you're as ridiculous as I am about the AE1700 investing in the stainless steel SKXMOD kit just makes the Royale an indestructable jugernaught. Fantastic review, as always. No one in the RUclips world loves the Casio brand as much as you MWC and equally no one probably hates the brand more than your wife LOL!!
I love the MTP-V006L-7BUDF, which is an elegant little white dial dress watch with Roman numerals and a day date. You will likely have to upgrade the leather strap but when you do it's the capolavoro.
Don't forget that as cool as the WS-1700H is, it has a firmware defect in which the Dual Time will only show time as AM, or in 24-hour format, will roll over to 00:00:00 after 11:59:59. Then there's the Tide Graph which is essentially useless in practice. I have the gray one and enjoy it. Just be aware of those 2 issues. If either is important or critical to you, this is not the watch for you.
G-Shock DW5600E is not just a sport watch. Back in the 1990s-early 2000s I saw office people wearing DW5600 as substitute of the more cheaper F91W for their watch of choice.
My A158WEA-9 is undoubtedly my favorite. It might've been my A700W, but that one fits different, the 158 fits perfect (perhaps I need a new bracelet for the 700). Kinda wish the 158 had the 700's light though...
Especially the G-Shock from Mission Impossible 2 goes under the radar😅 It is so stealthy and anonymous that no one even saw Tom Hanks wearing it😂😂😂❤ I always wondered why he didn't wear it in Batman when he played in that movie too😅 He was so stealthy thay he didn't even get paid.

dw 5900 and dw 5600 are my favourite Currently, out of these beauties, I own casio royale (steel bracelet ) and MRW 200H (black) and one similar to SGW100 which is SGW 600H (black).
I love Casio, and own an Oceanus, dw5600 and gm2100. However, I've just bought a SKMEI, sacrilege I know, but it looks like the A171w, but has a metal case (alloy unfortunately) mineral glass and a better back light and cost me £8 delivered. Please forgive me for I have sinned 😁
I bought a G-Shock DW6900-1V on amazon a few months ago bc it said that it had EL instead of the new led, I had to return it bc it had white/bluish led no EL. Then I got in contact with Casio America(I’m in the USA) asked for confirmation that their dw6900 had blue EL like the description on the website, I explained that I returned the other one bc of the led light, asked for confirmation that their had El, I got positive confirmation on EL, bought it aaaaand, effing led and no blue/green EL…. Add Casio AQS800W-1B2VCF Analog with digital panel + solar + world time. Solar battery indicator level is actually written low mid high in the mode operation selection. Mineral glass. Has a g shock look but is ultra slim. It's price has gone up now to £39.22. If you like Casios...... Enjoy!

Affordable classics! I'll prob go the new one, can get it cheaper too. DW-6900U-1 has a more power-efficient and white LED backlight instead of the blue-green EL backlight of the DW6900-1V, and it has an improved battery life of approximately five years.the DW-6900U-1
The DBC-610 from the 80's was far superior to the 611. It's been my grail since middle school. Just managed to get my hands on one last year. I don't know why the 611 is so stripped-down. Maybe the 610 had too many features and ate batteries for breakfast? Or maybe cell phones obviate the need for those features, and Casio is just adapting to a more modern market? Anyway, nice collection! I do think you should add a Duro tho, and maybe a Forrester.
May I ask your viewers a question; I recently got a Timex Waterbury Classic Quartz 40mm with Roman Numerals and day date. The dial has a continuous green glow WITHOUT pushing any button. Not ever mentioned in any reviews. Anyone have this watch? It’s quite something. Thank you.
I actually prefer the WS-1600H over the AE-1200 for the extra big day-date complication. I feel the Royale sacrifices too much useful space for greebles, leaving the day-date as tiny as I've ever seen on any Casio.

Casio Royale AE-1200wh-1a is the one I'll be buying soon, as my son got the bracelet version I had as it's "in fashion" now! Loved the other choices.

The A1100 is ok, but weird... The only watch I accept as resin is the 5600 line, and my 5610U. The rest only stainless. Even got a A168 with SKXmod
