What if it won't prime and stop? I have fixed these at a huge nursing home for 3 years, always easy to fix. Recently I had one that the shut off would leak/drip heavy unless it was all the way off or on. Then after replacing all you did, it would not stop flushing still. Ended up cleaning it out, reassembling again, and so far it is working. Just not sure what was going on, did remove some almost metallic feeling sediment from under the diaphragm though...
