For teen pregnancy download MCC, MCC Woohoo, RPO Core Library, the reactions one in this video is optional but then once you downloaded all of those you go in the game and click on a computer then click MCC then go down to MC Woohoo then Woohoo Actions and click Allow Teens then restart your game and it should work
