🇿🇦 SA have 635,288 register rugby players. ☘ IRE have 94,067 register rugby players. To compete with the traditional rugby power houses, we (Ireland) need to supplement the team with some overseas players at this stage in our evolution. It's a smart decision as the IRFU builds the game in Ireland to compete with Soccer and Gaelic games. Love the show, rugby smarts and the banter 👏🏼. Can't wait for Saturday.... in hope more than expectation. That Boks team looks deadly!

The thing that has baffled me is, you have a x2 world player of the year in Barret playing 10. Why did he ever get moved to 15. The interchange between him at 10 and McKenzie at 15 works great.
The nucleus of our bok team experienced horrible losses which maybe we’ve blocked out of our minds. England 2003 team the same. Inexperienced international teams will pick up momentum and move on. Boks job is to refresh while remaining competitive. Bol supporters should remain humble while we also rebuild the team with the advantage of experienced winners. We shouldn’t knock off rebuilding, inexperienced teams, as our WC winning squad came from the exact same position.

Yes, it's a humorous show - we enjoy it too (not unlike The Rugby Pod.) Scott works in the mix too. We know that real rugby fans in SA are the best type of rugby fan - and we know they don't take Ireland lightly. I think the performance of the club teams is being over-hyped. Ireland are far superior to Leinster. SA are favourites being at home - but with the same line-ups playing in the Aviva I would favour Ireland. Let's hope for a memorable match!

French players play more games and have a longer season than any other country. top 14 just finished and Toulouse won the Champions cup. The top players need a rest. They are cooked and Dupont goes to the Olympics. The A team will play New zealand this fall. And the French value club rugby more than any country

I will also agree that we don’t play the most aesthetically pleasing rugby but winning rugby is winning rugby. I would rather win world cups playing ugly than not. We won 95 on penalties and drop goals; same in 2007 and it took till 2019 before we scored a try in the final. Personally don’t care about how we play as long as we win ultimately. I don’t remember people criticizing those cups on the sleeves based on how it was won

You should realise your SA league is shit because all your good players go chasing the money around the world. SA is a disgrace they have the biggest rugby playing pool of players in the world but you choose to send them around the world to get paid. I don't know what's the best solution maybe they'll figure it out in the future but we can't punish players for wanting more money for themselves and not let them play for the boks if they're good enough I think the other nations should use our system look at England not picking Jack Willis is baffling for me because he plays in France he has been one of the best players in the world he should be playing for England regardless of where his playing...
