A week prior to the run drink mostly water throughout the week. If you can get there early, so you can stretch. Eat a banana hours prior your run. I usually take "SIS Gel", those come in clutch for me. Half Marathon, I'll take 2 SIS Gel and for Full Marathons I'll take 3. But it varies to everyone, it just works for me. SIS Gel, do come in clutch though.
