The title sounds like Renaissance and the cello's part has some allusions to an Italian Baroque composer, Vivaldi. Generally, the piece resembles me something of composers-minimalists' techniques. Simply, wonderful! I didn't expect it.
Find your way to Thomas Van Ooosting's music by playing THE STORM by HANNAH DRURY..it has lyrics but Thomas's music blends beautifully with the singer and the lyricist...the music came first..and words were injected in by the lyricist using an unheard of soprano(not for long methinks).
I love all of keaton's classical music. I hope he keeps creating more. throughout the day I repress my feelings and when I listen to stuff like this it feels like I can finally let it out, it's a huge relief.
