There's something about his music that makes me feel like home. Maybe because I'm feeling sad but hopeful. Like a rainy day with warmy socks. My heart feels at peace. My mind works well. I write my diary. I end up crying. I cannot stop listening to this. Somehow my words are there, with his music. His music is here with my words. I can't figure out life without art. I feel blessed.
Would be a little creepy if you're referring to an ex, but if you're talking about someone who's passed... I also would rather stay in a world with Keaton around than in heaven.
This world of music is not ready for you. You create it from nature, heaven and from the heart. For some you will be a small artist, for me you will always be great.
Keaton's music is what fuels my soul. It’s a sip of old coffee on a cold morning after a rough night. It may be a little bitter and hard to swallow but it’s what you need and it’s what will keep you afloat.
Beautiful. I don't know how you all interpreted it but it was very special for me. I was a lonely child and I use to say the trees were my friends and that they would talk to me. So everytime one came out of the darkness it was like he was telling me I'm never alone even when I don't see who i need. And towards the end when the light went out and the music stopped it left me with so much longing and I felt lonely again. Then I realized even though the light I thought I needed was gone, the whole world was getting brighter. Like hope was never really gone I just lost sight of it. That was just my journey. What about you guys?
Oh Keaton, your music entangles with emotions like no other musician can. Thank you for being the soundtrack of determination in both mine and many others' struggles in life.
Even thought we can’t hear your voice again I hear you everywhere I go May it be when leaves rustle in the wind or a big storms coming up I feel your pain and love And then I know I’m not alone
Breathing Out, the next step forward from Initium. This is when you're no longer actively drowning, you're past the point of trauma and you're still trying to recover even as the memory and damage of your trauma still rises in your ears- (Note the continued tune from Initium playing at certain points) and you have to remind yourself to breathe out. The trees in this video are what give you air, they're rooted into the ground, stable, they reach upwards, always growing, and the light towards the end that blinks on and off is a distant lighthouse, so off in the distance must be that same ocean you were drowning in not long ago, and lighthouses symbolize a light to guide you home through the rough waves, mist and rocks. Or at least that's my interpretation.
I saw that the beams of light represented as hope. It would go away and darkness would consume it again, just like the feeling of disappointment. But the light always came back, and that’s what the most important message here was for me. That the light will always come back and you won’t be stuck in darkness forever.
Abel Korzeniowski, Gustavo Santaolalla, Thomas Newman and now...Keaton Henson...I put them in a categorie of their own. A special breed of musicians that compose music that can enhances our most inner fears, or joys, without 'over playing'. A lonely piano, violin or a classic guitar, played in such beautifully repetitive way that, once you get immersed, envolved in it, it will be hard for you to let it go...I actually have to go to sleep but I find it physically difficult to turn off Keaton's music before the album is finished. Its a movie in the form of sound....and what a movie it is. Can't wait to see him playing live! Me in the Netherlands awaits for it. 🙌
The immense emotions and passion he has created is amazing. Can’t wait to resonate with the notes of this even wordless is a piece of art and the story behind it gives you chills. You have to read the story and listen to it carefully it’s more then a symphony it’s pure and organic it’s beautiful craftsmanship.
So glad that Keaton is free to create his art with no regard for public expectations/desires or financial needs. This is wonderful, reminds me a lot of tabula rasa - Arvo Part.
Even tho he isn’t singing, I can feel everything he wants us to get through this heart-melting song. It’s been 4 years since I had the luck to acknowledge him and I swear on God he is my favorite artist. I can’t believe that such a man is so kind to share his feelings with us through his music. This is what I live for, thrills.
Hearing this music makes me think of all the good times I've had with my family past and present. And the headache of losing them but they live in in my memories we will be together again one day dad. Love you and miss you xxx
La mejor melodía es la que llega a tu corazón, sin bloqueos ninguno y hace que todo parezca bonito. Gracias por compartir tu espíritu y hacernos sentir, en pequeños fragmentos lo bonito que es vivir ....Keaton Henson ❤️
This has rocked me to my core. I can't describe how it makes me feel. Such weird, intense, and varied emotions. Things I don't fully understand. This song...goes deep. It reaches darkness that rarely sees light. It touches ancient wounds that never fully healed and have been dormant for so long, opens and explores them. It's incredibly painful. But it's a pain that needs to be felt. There is a release in visiting the shattered places. I guess acknowledging the hurts is the first step towards healing, facing the demons the first step towards defeating them. Listening to this song is like looking inside myself.
I was in the audience at st Andrew's church in glasgow when you played there, I think about 6 or so years ago.. I needed your music then and I need it now. I'm not good at typing or saying how I feel but I'm able to listen to music and really understand what is going on. Music kinda talks for me.
terima kasih, sangat dekat dengan aku. umpama semua perasaan dalam 1 ruang dibebaskan berkarya mengikut tujuan dan kehendak. sedih, murung, suka, hilang. tapi sekarang aku sedar yang setiap dari kita sedang lalui perkara yang sama. aku harap aku jumpa aku, kau dapat jumpa kau. thanks from malaysia, i really hope that we all can here you sing back again. still support you since 2016 untill now !
this got me into a full on panic attack and slowly lulled me out of it. I love it. It pushed me into what I held back from and showed me that there is a safe way out of it.
Not too long ago, people were scared to never hear Keaton's music again and were begging him to release something, _anything_ . Now people are scared to never hear his _voice_ again...after just 3 instrumental videos...after being gone for 2 years. I swear, the greed of some people...
I don’t think it’s greed, people just want to hear his lively voice. As long as they aren’t rude about and it are respectful and are coming from a place of appreciation for his singing, I see nothing wrong with that
We appreciate him. His music resonates with us, and hearing him is reassuring of the fact that he is fine. While some of his best works were instrumental, some of his "happiest" were when he sang to us. We are not demanding. It's like when you are apart of someone you love and just the idea of listening to them over the phone makes you excited. We want to hear from him, yet we understand.
It's not greed. No one is lashing out telling him he needs to sing again. People are just hopeful they'll hear his amazing vocals and lyrics again. His music connects with a lot of people and a major part of it is his voice and choice of words! We are all happy to have him release anything though, it's all magnificent! One of my favourite projects ever is his Romantic Works but I also will be extremely happy if he continues to release more music with lyrics! We are all scared he's going to stop making music but I feel like music is in his bones, it helps him process his emotions!
I think I lived a little life while listening to this. Witnessed the birth of thought, the beginning of something new and beautiful. Thank you Keaton. Thank for exsisting in the same world i do. (Мне кажется, я прожил маленькую жизнь пока слушал это. Был свидетелем рождения мысли, начала чего-то нового и прекрасного.Спасибо Китон. Спасибо за то, что существуешь в том же мире, что и я.)
Hi guys. I stumbled upon Henson's music today, after watching the movie A Brilliant Young Mind. I think his music is beautiful, and it touches something very deep in my mind. I'm not sure what exactly. Yet. I'd appreciate it if y'all told me more about him, and why we're worried we won't hear his music again. Thanks.
The cinematography in this stirs up a certain emotion in me that only comes on rare occurrences. Like the time of day it shows, right before the sun. It’s a weird feeling
I'm just happy to see that there is many people that truly feel moved by music I love and I believe this music should be noticed more. I hope to one day be able to create such works.
i wonder if we will ever hear him sing again
*noo don't make me cry.*
The weird part is that I hear his voice even though it isn't there...
I think he's figured out how express anything he wants without it
or play the guitar instead :c
Please no, I keep hearing the Epilogue. I miss his voice.
I wish everyone was as kind as the people commenting on Keaton’s videos 🖤

Hey gracias por deprimirme
Thank you for this lovely comment
Sitting on a rooftop and watching the city lights while listening to this. Keaton's art was our thing. If you're out there, I love you. :)
This made my heart ache
Would be a little creepy if you're referring to an ex, but if you're talking about someone who's passed... I also would rather stay in a world with Keaton around than in heaven.
@@jalo4242 how would it be creepy in any way imaginable??!
@@DJoy222 I mean yeah, it might be absolutely relatable, but at some point... the past is past.
Maybe I am just telling that myself.
@@jalo4242 maybe a different word choice then. Maybe you're thinking "cringey" (though I really dislike that word)?
okay chill Keaton I can’t feel this much this quick
I can't say anything expect 'thank you'. I missed you so so much.
This world of music is not ready for you. You create it from nature, heaven and from the heart. For some you will be a small artist, for me you will always be great.
Yes, all the music came from nature, too. It's the singimg of the birds! But, also i like the music of Keaton Henson.
Keaton's music is what fuels my soul. It’s a sip of old coffee on a cold morning after a rough night. It may be a little bitter and hard to swallow but it’s what you need and it’s what will keep you afloat.
I put this on and close my eyes and when I opened them again I realized that I had cried. Beautiful piece of art and amazing music power

Leave it up to Keaton to vocalize the pain inside of us that most struggle to express. He feeds the pain but he comforts it too.
Even thought we can’t hear your voice again
I hear you everywhere I go
May it be

I’ve been listening to epilogue all day

This piece is like someone telling you it's going to be ok
I don't know who is he yet, but I'm glad I found his music ♥
You definitely won't be disappointed
Oh boy do you have a whirlwind of emotion and brilliance in store for you... he will not disappoint
The saddest, but best boi.
I wish I could bonk my head and forget all of his music just so I could listen to it all over again like it was the first time.
Me too. This song is beautiful. :D

I said the same thing when she called.
Sadness, peace, dramatic, peace again, cold and warm, ending but hopeful... Keaton's art

Towards the end of the track i found myself breathing in relation to the violins. A very enriching and connecting piece.
