I wear glasses too and the mask makes them fog up too. I learned that if you put your glasses on top of the part of the mask on your nose they won't fog up. It works really well for me.

As someone who wears glasses, putting a small bit of surgical / skin tape over the top so your breath doesn't escape upwards

@@AshriyaJaveed wear a mask first, then put small pieces of surgical tape near the top of your mask so it sticks to your skin - this stops the air you breath out from leaving at the top , so it can't fog up your glasses
Surgical tape or skin tape is a sticky tape that is made to go on the skin, so it's more comfortable than something like sellotape. It's made for applying bandages etc. So you can usually find it with other first aid items

You're the cutest but I have one question! Do you wear long sleeve shirts under your scrubs when your doing clinical work? That's a big no no for me (nurse student in sweden) since you can't wash and disinfect your arms and hands correctly and the fabric easily gets soaked in bacteria and viruses which you will carry around with you to diffrent patients and colleagues. I'd love to hear your thought about it!
Hello, fellow Muslim here! She probably doesn't wear them because in specific situations if you need to have bare skin you are allowed to do this or else there would be risk of infecting patients. There's always exceptions in which you can do this
Hi! So I wear long sleeve shirts under my scrubs but I pull the sleeves up to my elbows. That's probably what she does as well.
