How's the bottom chassis plate look'n. Yeah those spektrum esc's seem good for sure. I only ran mine once before i removed it but its good to know i have a good esc for backup
Maybe I'm misunderstanding. I didn't think MaH had very little to do with punch or power. Rather MaH is how long you can run the batteries. I was always under the impression the "C" rating and wire lead size is what gives the batteries punch or power. For instance if you pit two 5000 MaH batteries in a drag race, one with 50c, and one with 100c. The 100c will outrun the 50c if your ESC is rated to handle 100c. Basically MaH is how long you can run and C rating is how much punch the batteries can give the ESC. Did I miss the point, or am I off?

Even in the Las Vegas desert (where my parents live), the Tekin ROC412 HD motor (with fan installed) on my Baja Rey ran nice & cool.
I’ve considered a head mounted camera but haven’t tried it. I’ve had the urge to fly a plane lately and I can’t fly one handed. Even when I’m not recording I find myself driving one handed. It seems to be the norm for me at this point.
20-30 minutes tops even with the 9000mah batteries. It’s heavy and takes a lot of power to drive. It’s very different from the Xmaxx or Kraton. The Xmaxx is most fun with backflips and wheelies. The Kraton is awesome and more of a racer. The DBXLE is its own beast, kinda racer kinda basher etc.
