Why didn’t they keep the dip switch system. I can’t tell the difference between blue and purple. Worst flush valve ever.

Overengineering at it's finest. Tried programming 3 different units and can't even get one of the settings changed.

Hello Tobey. I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing with your Moen M-Power Flush Valve. Couple of things to check when the Flush Valve will not stop flushing:
1-Make sure the manual flush button is not stuck in the "on" position.
2-Make sure you have a solid RED indicator light to ensure proper solenoid connection.
      3-Confirm power source-change batteries, etc.
You can also use the following link to send us an email with more information to further troubleshoot this issue:

Hello. The solenoid may be stuck in the open position. You will press the manual flush button 3 times. If it does not flush, replace the solenoid. Since the batteries have been replaced, please make sure the battery pack has been unplugged for at least 30 seconds to reset.
If you continue to have an issue, you can reach out to our Product Specialists. They can be reached Monday through Friday from 8am-7pm EST at 1-800-289-6636.
