Hello Tobey. I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you are experiencing with your Moen M-Power Flush Valve. Hello. The solenoid may be stuck in the open position. You will press the manual flush button 3 times. If it does not flush, replace the solenoid. Since the batteries have been replaced, please make sure the battery pack has been unplugged for at least 30 seconds to reset. These are a pain in the ass
Why didn’t they keep the dip switch system. I can’t tell the difference between blue and purple. Worst flush valve ever.

Overengineering at it's finest. Tried programming 3 different units and can't even get one of the settings changed.

Never see purple cycle. These things are crap!
