HOW TO EMBROIDER CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS: Easy way for embroidering a name or monogram on a stocking.

In today's video I show you how to embroider on a Christmas Stocking! This method shows you how to add a monogram or name to the stocking without cutting it or having to resew it! I will be using my Melco and Mighty Hoop today but this method can be used on any non-flat bed type embroidery machine! I have another video showing a different technique that can be used for flatbed(single needle machines), if you don't prefer this method, or if you have fast frames!!!

How small is ur font to use ur 5x5 mighty hoop?

it depends on how long the names are!!!! I can do 3 inch/ 3.5 inch monograms but for long names depending on the font it is around 1 inch/ 1.5 inch! I always go by the longest name I have to embroider and decide the size for the set based on my longest name!
