It can't be the hours, low pay, working outdoors in all weather conditions making people not want to work for WSF... it's the racism 🙄😮‍💨

Ferries do not run efficiently because the customers are “really rude” to the employees? Got it.

No, but being rude and abusive to honest hard workers certainly doesn’t help. I have plenty of friends who work for the ferries who have fallen victim to passenger abuse. Some have almost been run over due to cell phone use while driving onto the boat. It’s unacceptable.

Not once did I hear her say, “I’m sorry for the delays. We’re trying to do better.”

It’s a good idea. Lots of people lack respect for workers

Well very obvious you don't ride the ferries. Ride the ferry to and from work everyday for a year and then we'll talk

That includes the ferry employees a lot of them are on a power trip and rude and nasty. Sort of what happened with the airlines

Service was slow before. Now it's even. Slower. I am one of tens of thousands who would take the Southworth ferry, but its wait time is not predictable. If it was and wait time was below 30 minutes, thousands of people who work in the Seattle area and live on the other side would take it. Close to 20% of all southbound traffic through Tacoma uses the Tacoma narrows bridge. After traveling from Seattle. Dependable ferry service without the hour or more wait would do a lot to reduce emissions in the state.

I've driven over to Bremerton from Kent a couple of times and thought it would be fun to take the ferry on the way back...but every time I'm ready to head to the terminal, I look at the schedule and the next trip is like 2-3 hours away. So I drive back over the bridge. Hoping they can improve service times soon!

I'm 65 and have ridden ferrys all my life i remember the wooden ones they were so much fun .but the people ridding them have become so rude and self centered and aggressive in my day it was always an adventure it's sad to se it come to this but it must be done for every ones safety .

Make ferries free! We pay enough taxes already

There would be more riders if the schedule wasn't reduced.
I feel for working out there--most people are nice, but then there is the few that spoil it for you.
