I second this! Especially the toners seem similar to me as light weight options for oily skin or for summer combo skin! Especially in the hot weather I'm looking for lightweight products for the AM routine while my night routine stays pretty much the same

Thank you! I’ve been wondering about these. One thing I am really struggling with is how almost all skincare products I’ve tried lately are so so sticky in the skin. It didn’t use to be that way. I’m wondering why. I would LOVE for you to do a video on skincare that is absolutely not sticky and what to look for. I can’t imagine I’m alone in really disliking sticky textures. Thank you Kelly! 😊
Hi Kelly. I bought the toner when it first released, and it had said for dry skin, but I was completely shocked when I first tried it! Felt like putting water on the face because I have dry dehydrated skin so this just wasn’t enough for me. I prefer the Flaskin toner! It’s lightweight yet deeply hydrating! Perfect all year around! My favorite right now :)

Totally fair that it doesn't work for your skin type however ofc. Love the mask too!

This mask makes me look so polished. I’ve struggled to find a rice product without niacinamide and I’m so grateful it gives me a noticeable difference in my skin. I usually use the IM FROM honey mask and this is right now overshadowing that one.

I am so happy you made this video! I almost bought a kit that had both of these products in it, but now, after watching this, I am only going to try the mask. I have skin on the dryer side, and as much as I wish this toner was for my skin type, now I know I wouldn't end up using it! So thank you, Kelly! I really hope they will come out with a rice toner for dryer skin types because I love their products so much, and I think they could make a great rice toner that is more moisturizing! 🤞🤞

I’ll stick with the awesome hyrating toners you suggested Tiam Vita B5 & MakePrem Relief toners (I mentioned these toners recently on Rob’s MadAboutSkin video 😊)as well as the new TO milky toner.

This review was so good Kelly! The toner has me super intrigued. I have oily & acne-prone skin, but my skin can get dehydrated as well. Not so sure if the toner would work out for me, might skip it. I usually enjoy more hydrating toners. But THAT MASK looks amazing and I want to try it so bad hahahaha. Thanks for your reviews. 🎉❤

I love BOJ sunscreen and was really excited to try the new toner but i guess i'm just going to stick with I'm From Rice Toner for my dehydrated skin.
I just received the toner yesterday, can't wait to try it, but now I'm a bit concerned of it drying out my already dry skin lol
You might be fine, just make sure to tune into your skin as you try out the product!
I bought the toner on a whim because I was hoping it could replace the laneige cream skin since they changed the formula. However, I have dry skin and immediately felt the tightening so I'm not sure if I'll continue using it at least not everyday (I also live in a very dry climate). I'm currently in Vietnam for vacation though and have been using the toner and it's been good since my skin leans more oily here because it's so humid and hot!

Can you do a comparison between the beauty of joseon - rice toner with the I'm from - rice toner.
I’m sooooo curious to try out these products. I have pretty oily skin but love hydration, i think id love them, but ill probably leave to try them out in summer, its winter and dry season here right now and im getting a bit dehydrated. I actually wanted to ask - do you have any good recs for wash-off hydrating masks? I want something to replace sheet masks as my replenishing hydration pick-me-up, but i mostly find clay masks and overnight sleep packs… I tried the I’m from mugwort mask, bc i love mugwort, but even though it doesn’t have clay (iirc), it very much had a sebum control effect on me ^^;

Unfortunately I do have dehydrated skin so the toner probably wouldn’t be suitable for me ( but it would be incredible for people with oily skin! ) . The mask however maybe to simply sooth & nourish. I’m so grateful for your reviews! Doubt it but the mask couldn’t be left on overnight could it ( I wish, yes I know that was a dumb question, but I just don’t typically give myself masks ) ? 😂
Oh May I ask, have you heard of or would you consider reviewing the new nine less B-boost Kojic acid serum? It has some incredible brightening ingredients and is fragrance free & essential oil free! ☺️ love to know your thoughts!
I wouldn't leave this BOJ Honey mask on for much longer than 20-30 minutes, the clay will dry. If you need a mask that you can wear longer (overnight would be too much and messy) I'm From Honey Mask doesn't dry out, I've worn it up to an hour!
Hello, Im wondering if you’ve ever done a video on milia? Recently my skin type has changed to be really dehydrated and combination/normal-dry. I’m not sure what type exactly. So I’ve amped up the hydrating and moisturizing products and I can’t escape milia. I even have big bumps of milia. I really don’t know what to do. 😭 If anyone has any suggestions I’d really appreciate it.
Right now I’m using, the make prem safe relief toner, and layering the vegreen mucin toner on top. If I use any of them singularly I still feel dehydrated. Then I’m using manyo’s bifida serum. Then either the ordinary n-ha moisturizer, or byoma’s barrier cream. Then I might put rosehip or tamanu oil on top. During the day I use Haruharu wonder sunscreen. I know the sunscreen isn’t causing me issues same for the oil because I used to use them when I was more oily. I’ve been using adapalene for a while around 4-6 times a week. And it isn’t budging them.
I've been a milia carrier for my entire life. The only thing that helped me a little bit was using a BHA product, especially the 2% one. But let me tell you, the only thing that truly helped me, was going to the derm and doing an extraction. Nothing else worked that effectively.
@@marrykozakura9352 Ok thank you! I’ve tried BHA’s before for blackheads and I didn’t really notice a difference and I used it for 4 months. However I didn’t us e them on Milia so could be worth a try maybe.
Do you know if Illyoon ATO Ceramide Complex is being discontinued?
It's not, my understanding is there is low stock at some retailers but it's in stock at Olive Young!
I'm a little scared of propanediol and methylpropanediol. It is not a little greasy for oily skin? 🤔
It helps the penetration of the product, but if over 10% might be greasy.
I have Combo Skin & I am loving the toner!!!!
Formulation will always win out over single ingredients, it truly is how things come together. Since they are solvents and help the formula stay shelf stable they will not be used in high quantities.
The master sounds really interesting 🤔
How does the BOJ red bean mask compare with THIS BOJ rice milk honey mask?
Honey mask is more moisturizing, skin softening and I find better for brightening/redness. Bean mask is good for texture, pores etc.
That mask smells like rice pudding omg.
