Been watching u for years and in 2019 got my 1880. I do my deck just like you do! Glad you explained how to keep deck from moving when connecting the PTO!! That is the hardest part by far. I can't get 2 hands on PTO to connect and the release will not stay back and sometimes it takes a long time to get connected. Would b nice if a tool is available to hold it back until the splines are aligned. I'm the youngest in our rural area at 65 and I've been able to do plenty of work for my neighbors with the loader and maintaining our dirt road with the box blade also. I've had such a time getting it connected sometimes that my wife is pushing me to sell entire tractor and get just a riding mower. I'de hate to get rid of it! I even drilled new holes so my anti scalp wheels are useable since my tractors factory hole are either to high or too low. So now it slides in and out from under the tractor easily. Any ideas so I can continue to help neighbors is appreciated!!
Just bought a BX2670 with a loader, mid mount mower deck and rear mount snow blower. this is my first tractor and your videos are very helpful and informative. thanks for putting them online
Thanks for doing the video. I bought a used BX 1860 without a mower deck, then I bought a used mower deck. Thanks to your video I think I can install the deck without any problems.
Really learn a lot from your videos! Can’t find one you did on mounting a front end snowblower on a BX2370. Can you re-post or do another one? It was so helpful! I’d love for my nephew to watch it before he puts mine on this fall.
Nice job there. Where I have my tractor there is no concrete. I have a 4x8 piece of smooth wallboard I drive over and then can slide the mower deck like that. Kind of like reattaching the loader, sometimes it just falls into place and sometimes it doesn't. When re attaching the PTO shaft, I lay on my side and come in from the other side than you, and if it doesn't line up I grab the deck belt and move it slightly until it does. Can be a pain sometimes. Thanks for your video series.
I have a Question ?? ..I have a GR2120 -54 -2 when I go to turn on the blades it will run fine for about 2 minutes then it will start to surge and start bucking like the tractor is starving for fuel the minute You disengage the pto the revs come back and it will run fine until you engage the pto again it will run for a minute and do the same thing allover again... Do you have an idea of what the issue can be ??
If you hear it click and give it a tug and it does not come off, you are good. If it comes back off when you pull on it, you will need to push foward on it. If it is working right , you should not have to push foward on it.
Are you sure your brakes need replaced. I have found most of the time they need adjusted? I've thought about doing a video on the brake adjustment. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Thank you for your vids you have helped me with my BX immensely! Question: my PTO shaft lock collar pulls back and locks when it’s off the pto shaft. I have to push on one of the balls with a screwdriver for the collar to release. Is this normal?
I can’t hardly ever get my lifting arms to lower for me. I have to pull them manually. Any tips? Ive changed the lift/lower speed and height settings but nothing seems to help-still gotta pull them down by hand
There is an adjustment behind the left rear tire, it is a bolt with a nut on a linkage. Try turning that bolt in and see if that does it. Keep track of how much you turn the bolt so you can turn it back if that does not do it. ruclips.net/video/e1Ir2n01E1A/видео.html If that does not do it I would loosen the bolts that are used for the side to side adjustment but that will through the deck out of level and you will need to relevel the deck. ruclips.net/video/Dk4kbDEx2MM/видео.html
Both my deck level adjusting bolts are screwed down to the bottom, no threads showing. You have about 1/2" thread visible on your deck. Does the bolt height matter if the deck is level, side to side?

Congratulations on your new tractor. I appreciate you taking the time to comment.

Cool I am glad you found my video helpful. Check out my channel, I have a few video installing and removing the deck.

Sorry, I don't have a snow blower.

Your welcome, thanks for commenting. It sounds like you have the deck install process figured out pretty well.

thanks, that gives me a great view, hopefully I can get it back on with ease next Spring
How to install lift arm on a B7510 mower
Do you have to pull forward on the collar on the yoke to seat it on the PTO? Looks like you just slide it on. Thanks

Please do one on replacing the brakes . Thanks. Great videos !

Thanks! You should not have to push on the ball for the collar to release. Try spraying some penetrating oil on it and work the collar and ball.
Best video yet.
Question on 5:32 what was that attachment called?
5:32 is the end of the video.
Awesome tips! Thank you 👌🏻

Is the tractor new? Paint may be binding them.
Great video. I can't get my mmm to go into lock position. If I remove deck and raise arms it will but with deck attached it will not. Amy ideas?

94BULLITT Thanks! I will try it tonight.
Good luck.
94BULLITT thanks for the information man. Worked like a charm.

No that does not matter, as long as you can get the deck in the "top" position on the adjustment.
Great tutorial, thanks!
Thanks!
If you live in Northern Mich., you can come over and give me a hand, you make it look real simple. Thanks 😊
If I'm ever up that way I'll swing by😀
Thanks for the video, I hate reading directions from a book
Your welcome!
I still searching for the video where the creator is installing the mid mount mower on a muddy, irregular, gravel driveway in the dark.
I made a video of doing it in the dirt, but the camera angle was bad so I never uploaded it.
with my granddaughters that takes me all afternoon
