20-Minutes Spicy Creamy Miso Ramen :: Asian Noodle Recipe :: Better Than Buying It

    It's the season that reminds me of warm soup.
    It is not difficult and easy with readily available materials,
    You can make ramen as delicious as selling it.
    In Korean style, I used Doenjang(soybean paste),
    If you want to eat it more spicy, you can add chili powder.
    *** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
    [Serving 1]
    ✤ Ingredients
    - 130g Flour noodles
    - 200ml Water
    - 200ml Sugar-free soy milk
    - 1 piece Korean cabbage (normal cabbage can be used)
    - 70g, 1/2 Onion
    - 2 Cloves garlic (0.5Tbsp of minced garlic can be used)
    - 30g(2 pieces) Shiitake mushrooms
    - 30g (1.5Tbsp) Doenjang (soybean paste or miso)
    ✤ garnish
    - 60g Beef brisket
    - Spring onion
    - Chili oil (can be omitted)
    - Soft-boiled egg
    - Roasted seaweed
    ✤ Tips
    - Doenjang is Korean, and Miso is Japanese.
    Both are soybean paste, Korean is salty, and Japanese is sweet.
    - Depending on the type of doenjang(soybean paste), the saltiness is different, so taste it and increase or decrease the amount.
    - Milk can be used instead of soy milk, but it lacks a rich taste.
    - If you want to eat spicy, add red pepper powder when stir-frying doenjang.
    - I strained the soup and ingredients for a clean taste, but you don't have to strain it to enjoy it comfortably.

    러시아에서 안녕하세요! 이 수프를 만들었습니다. Tomyam 소스와 평범한 러시아 양배추와 돼지 고기 베이컨. =) 암튼 맛있었다. 배추 특유의 냄새를 없애기 위해 배추를 생강과 함께 따로 삶았다. =)

    오 저두 사골 육수대신 두유 사용해요~ 무조건 무설탕에 너무 걸쭉하지않은 두유로 사용하세용! 두유에 따라 국물맛이 많이 바껴요
