Slane Castle is legit the PINNACLE of RHCP live performances.... 80k people, perfect audio setup and weather conditions for great acoustics, flawless performances from each band member, amazing jam sessions, FANTASTIC stage show....

John is a perfect example of someone who truly puts his heart and soul into the music. Just look at the emotion he puts into his soloing. He lives for it.

Flea is the reason why I was so enticed playing funk in bass. but damn, Slap bass sure is hard.
RHCP is still my inspiration of playing funk and that they taught me that music is a diverse subject, that being a great guitarist is not only defined as having fast hands sweeping metal solos but being creative with what resources you have at the same time.
Man... If I hadn't met them, I wouldn't be the guitarist I am now today. I wouldn't have been a versatile guitarist if it were not for them.
