- www.mybackloop.com. Our invention, the Backloop is a truly portable spinal decompression device. It focuses on the discs in your spine which is where the most back pain and dysfunction start. Prevention is the key in today's healthcare environment and the Backloop allows you to prevent spinal degeneration from even starting because it induces motion into the spine and its discs.
The Backloop improves posture, flexibility and decreases and stops pain. It is also particularly effective at targeting disc protrusions and herniations. Sitting all day at work compresses your spine and sets the stage for degeneration, pain and disc herniations. The Backloop is far superior to an inversion table and is a very portable and easy to travel with. Don't leave home without it.
It even helps athletes - jump higher, run faster or just hit the golfball or baseball farther, whatever is important to you. Just being able to engage and enjoy life pain free makes the Backloop a great investment. Less expensive that an inversion table and far more functional; get your life back with the Backloop.
About 40 of our patients participated in the pre-market trials, with outstanding results. All participants have reduced the frequency of their chiropractic care and are very pleased with the benefits and freedom the Backloop has given them.
A series of outstanding self corrections and exercises videos are now posted to help you remain or stay pain free. These exercises are centered around The Backloop and walking correctly and will be particularly beneficial for individuals who do want to do preventative and proactive therapy in the comfort of there own home.
Most medical offices charge between $50-$85 for a single spinal decompression treatment where with the Backloop, its pay once and treat forever. Everyone, regardless of their condition will benefit from the Backloop. Take advantage of the 90 day money back guarantee and change your life for the better.

Wow!! this video is very helpful it brung me to tears because for years I've been teased and walking around uncomfortably with my right hip higher now I finally feel normal 🙂thank you!!
Cool......Glad I made you cry. I just got a tear in my eye, too. Watch the walking video now..it's cool. Keep getting better, Briyana you deserve it.
Chuck Tillotson Thank you once again
Chuck Tillotson since my left hip is higher than my right do I do the opposite side of what you showed in the video?
Flipodahippo yes
how long did it take?
BRUH!!!! you just alleviated close to a year of pain and aching ive been having in my left pelvis. It was affecting everything in my life and i couldnt workout, squat, or lift because of this. I legit could not turn over in bed while sleeping without hip pain/thigh pain waking me up. I've been doing these movements 2-3 times a day and can't believe the instant relief. Bless you! I mean it, life changing.
This video changed my life 6 days ago! I haven't been able to walk or stand "normally" for over a decade (more like 20 years, but didn't want to sound dramatic). Tried it all. On day one things were different. Now I'm at Day 6 and seems like it's a permanent fix. (I've only done the first and 3rd exercise every other day, one time!) THANK YOU!
Cool story Amy....thanks for sharing and super pleased it's helped you. Dr. C
@@mybackloop How great to hear from you, Dr. C! I was going to try and reach your practice (I live in Europe) and see if you have other content out there. We need your know-how and perspective out here on the web! Instagram??
I should have more stuff soon.
The third exercise/ yoga move @4:12 fixed my hip rotation did 20sets before it stopped clicking. Thank you for this video!
Edit: also had knee clicks while doing the exercise.
I am an old retired AK Chiropractor and I have been sharing your work. Very good. Please continue.
Thank you Dr. Stephen Newdell. I am truly honored by you sharing my knowledge.
How has just one set of these exercises helped me stand up straight and walk properly for the first time in weeks? Thank you so much
Because you deserve it.....awesome
Because this simple exercise works.....Thanks Jay for sharing your thoughts.
You cant imagine how ur video saved me I used to suffer chronic sacroiliac pain for years visit many clinics given medications ,shoe insole
non a single physician mentioned this exercises !! It helped me immediately
I can't get over how thankful I am
Awesome. Very glad it helped. Dr. Chuck
Worked like a charm! Chiro's were just stringing me along. So glad I came across this! Saved me thousands
Some chiro's do that. It's sad, I DON'T. Glad it helped.
Damn!! It worked straight away!! and so easy THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
THANK YOU!!! My chiropractor told me that I had a "high hip", but his remedy was for me to come and see him 3 times a week. Basically - he did a manual adjustment followed by the blocks in this video. Now I can adjust my hips myself, whenever I need to. It's so liberating. :-)
+sparilis I agree this video has liberated me as well. I have been seeing my chiropractor for nearly a year for my "long leg", was in excruciating pain...even went out on tour with it. When he probably knew how he could help. They call themselves doctors, and really know nothing and keep you on the rounds of coming back. am also working to strengthen parts and posture has a lot to do with it.
+CC C YOU ARE WELCOME. All my content is about helping you build independence. The Backloop along with the the Better Health Belt helps even more. A doctor, regardless of the type, is suppose to teach and educate. Glad this has helped. Dr. C
WOW I just did your self-correction on the left side and I feel like it actually works! I've spent $1000 on specialists and looked at dozens of videos and articles before this.. thank you for what you do!!
Thanks Brice. I have some other cool videos coming out soon. Glad it helped.
Dr. Chuck
Where are you located?
I just found your videos and I appreciate you for what you're doing.
Brilliant !!! best solution I have ever seen ! Thank You !
The high hip is the shorter because the muscles are tighter and are pulling it higher. It's usually accompanied by shoulder retraction and overactive quadratus lumborum on the same side as the high hip. You should stretch that QL and strengthen the opposite one along with many other muscles.
Doing what physical exercises? I have that exact problem been trying to correct it but not sure which ones will help. I do bridging, scapular retraction, squats, dorsal glide, and others.
Georgi Hristov h
Georgi Hristov, can you tell us what exercises to do for the muscles? Mine has been out of balance for so long, I have very bad TMJ besides neck and hip problems.
@@be-happy I would recommend swimming. You use most of your muscles. Just go buy a card and swim free-stay...
@@Mankuzo00 will swimming bring all muscles into balance? I used to swim a lot so not sure why I've ended up like this.

Whaaat, this acctually worked :D my legs are the same lenght now xD
Almost everything I put out there works. Glad that it has essentially helped you. Dr. Chuck
Chuck Tillotson It's really surprising for me because I was sure that my legs are just different lenght.. I was even at doctors and they just gave me something to put in my shoes. They didn't tell me what the source of it is.. Thanks a lot :)
Urška Videnšek how long did u do it for u to start seeing result
What if your high hip (upslip side) is your short leg?...and your left side (which has a forward rotation of the pelvis) is your long leg? How do I self-correct that pattern?
Ohhh my goodness! Thank your so much! I was in sooo much pain. I knew it was my hip because that was is been treated before in the past. I recognized 2 of the 3 techniques you used as my PT used on me. I honestly didn't no that he was correcting my hips. I thought they were just stretches! I will keep doing them from now on. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Hi,
I have a pelvis imbalance, right hip higher than the left one, and it makes the right leg shorter not longer.
On your video is the contrary
Can you help?
....
Brain, it is likely a foot issue rather than a longer leg --- try strengthening the tibial posterior and the peronus longus.
Exactly!
Sorry, it is not. I have allways right hip higer and right leg aparently shorter.
Armando Goulartt Exactly! I meant your post at the begining. I don't know why it poped-up at the end. Besides the guy must realy don't understand what he is talking about if he claims that the shorter leg is a foot issue.
I've been scouring RUclips for a simple way to adjust my hips at home with no equipment in a way I understood. Thank you for this video!
I can't even express how thankful I am for this vid. After 3x10 reps my pelvic is almost even. Sir you are my hero and a true blessing. Now I can walk correctly without any pain and throw my shoe insole in it a bin.
Cool. Glad it helped you out. Dr. Chuck
Wow, this helped me so much. I was in pain and just doing what he demonstrated relieved my pain right away.
this is the exact problem I been having! thank you I appreciate you taking time to make this video really (: gonna try them out meow!
Wow! This immediately removed most of the pain I was experienced in my right low back. Thanks a lot!
Great. Glad it helped.
I know that one of my hips is higher, but can’t really determine which one :( I just see that my right foot tilts towards left when I put my legs straight in front of me, can you please help me with the answer? I also feel that when standing straight and bending my right leg feels normal and flexible, but doing it with my left leg, fells tight and locked. What if i do the exercises on both sides? I would really appreciate your answer thank you 🙏
Mr. Dr. I had hip joint pain on right side from last 3 year, due to this my left side pelvic rotated up and right side down... Hence, right leg is bigger than the left leg... Plz suggest a helpful exercise to correct this....
I'm so CONFUSED. Not to sound ignorant but if my right hip is HIGHER than the left---doesn't that mean that my right leg is longer??? I've been advised to place a foot lift in my right shoe, I'd hate to be doing the wrong thing for so long. Pls advise
I m confused too if right hip is upslip than it is the shorter one ????
Doctor you give me hope... Would you marry me ?
I'm in a marriage right now.....and its work. NOT sure I could handle two! Ha, ha. Hope this helps. Dr. Chuck
@@mybackloop then a hug from france to your lucky half.
i just did those exercises and now I feel much better. My high hip has been corrected, Thank you so much!
I noticed the difference right away after performing the first exercise 10 times. Thank you
+Byron Woodfork Your welcome, just wait til you see what I have in store. Some cool stuff is going to happen soon. Good luck, please tell others.
It worked!!! I did the exercise. First rep "hurt". The second rep "hurt" and then popped" and I felt relief. Thank you so much!!!
I missed it, I guess. I very frequently incur that sharp, nearly debilitating, pain that shoots down my left buttock and leg.
How do I self diagnos which hip is higher and lower. I can't figure that one out.
HI Tin Man
Typically, but not always the higher hip side has a slightly rotated foot (leg) but not always. Commonly, the foot drops on this side as well. Any foot or knee issues on the left side. Try and find someone to check the hip height when you are standing.
Thank you for this video! I had a high hip and was in pain every night for the last two weeks. Seen a chiropractor today and it helped some. I was about 3" high before the video; about a 1/2"-3/4" now. THANKS! How does one get a high hip?
Just found your video had therapy about 10 years ago where they showed me for a high right hip how to press your left foot against the wall and with your right leg bent push against the wall with your left leg and opposite pressure against your right leg that is bent. It seemed to work ok but your method seems to work better. I do hear a pop in the hip I believe on moving the left leg in the first exercise but no issue. Any comments and thank you for your video it is a life saver
Can this help level the hips of those afflicted with scoliosis?
Hi Ryan. Yes. There is lots going on with scoliosis, the brain plays a big part. It might be a good idea finding a good AK chiropractor or maybe better yet a chiropractic neurologist in your area. Just look up pelvic chiropractic blocks.
My hip seems strange in relationship to your description. If both legs are in reality the same length my high hip produces a short leg on that side. My low hip seems like the leg is longer. In fact I have placed a wedge in that shoe to make the short leg reach the ground which in the x-rays the short leg the hip is tipped up.
Hello again Doctor,
please i have one more question, in case i want to see a doctor for this, which one should i visit ? im realy confused
May god bless you sir.for years I suffered with my hips and because of your selfless attitude you were able to help poor person like me. To do these at home and I am feeling much better.
You deserve to be better. Very glad it helped.
Ive had this problem of uneven leg length for 3 years now after my femur fractured. Will it work for me? How many times do i need to repeat this? Great vid by the way
It should help, especially if coupled with pelvic floor exercises. Please keep me posted.
Thank you for much for this video! If only I found this video years back ..
27.02.2022 Germany,Europe 23:40 o‘clock night time. Was wanting to go to sleep but hip pain wouldn’t let me .Just did these exercises for 5minutes and the relief is immediately , no bs.May good bless you all ! I know a lot of people are in pain like me but stay strong and try to look for help even if it s hard asf I know ! 🙏🏻
You deserve to be well......my job is to help people. ✌🙏
thank you for this nicely and clearly explained video.
I dont believe how fast that worked. I have this problem so often and it drives me nuts. Are there any routines or suggestions you can make to someone who does the 9 - 5 sitting in an office or walking around all day? Perhaps an exercise that would be good pre and post work?
Same question here!
thank you so much this work I had one leg longer then they other one an it fix no back to normal. no more pain .thank again. awesome job
Question, if your right hip is higher than your left hip, shouldn't your right leg be shorter than your left leg?
+kfarrick No, the higher hip (pelvis) is ALWAYS the longer leg. Typically, the glut max is weaker on this side as well. Also true, but not always is the foot may flare out on the higher hip side. This foot may also be less functional (somethings flatter). Hope this helps.
I have higher right pelvis too, but my physical therapist said that my left leg is longer tho
Thank you so much. My 12 year old has right pelvis higher than the left, she has bad posture for years. She has pain on her left buttock. Start visiting a physical therapist in Hong Kong.
Add in pelvic floor exercise, especially if her feet are flat or flare out like a duck.
Doc, this may be what I've been searching for. Gonna give this a try. Thank you.
Wow! I recently injured my lower back by pinching a nerve, muscle spasm & I was in severe pain for a couple of days. The pain & swelling have gone away but my hips were still off balance, seemed displaced somewhere with the swelling & muscle spasms. My last resort was to go to a chiropractor but then I found this video! Wow! My right high-hip went down almost immediately after applying this technique!!! So grateful! Thank you for this video! Still working out my hips to get the full even lengths. This works everyone! 👍👍
Cool. There are some other helpful videos on my channel....Glad it helped. Watch the correct walking video.
Fucking aye 😀😀😀🙏🙌 WoW! I've been messed up for years left side way higher walking around like a RAtard just fixed it laying in bed! Thanks Dr. Chuck! My Hero
You must be a Canadian too. Either way have a great day.
Hi Dr., I understand if you structurally have a right leg that's 2 inches longer than the left the right hip would be higher. Are you also saying if you have a right hip that's higher from muscle inbalance or injury that the right leg would appear longer than the left leg.
Sir my left leg is longer than right leg and my right hip is hight what to do ?
Thanks Coach!
I pinged my hip the other day in training and haven't been able to sit down for 48 hours without tremendous pain. Pain 70% gone with the self-correction. Thank you so much!
+ashwix Nothing like a GREAT student who listens. Just do it!
Do these exercises move the higher hip down or do they move the lower hip up higher? My right hip is higher than my left hip due to walking tip toed with my right foot for about 4 years while at home. My right heel use to get very dry so while at home I would put lotion on it & walk tip toed on it so the cream wouldn't rub off. Doing this for years made my right hip higher. I walk odd now too because of it.
They help balance the pelvis and hip heights doing a little of both.
This video helped so much! When my hips lock up like this, I haven’t been able to find any relief until now. Even my chiropractor and massage therapist haven’t been able to help. I did this stretch several times a day for 3-4 days and not only got immediate relief, but also got my hips back to normal alignment. Thank you!
That's cool! It's fun to help people I don't know. Thanks for letting me know.
Its real magic thnk u so much
God bless u
On another site says block at high hip and under glutes on low side. ? I’m confused
wow this worked right away !! I'm Amazed , thought it would take weeks for the hips to be in the same lengh but it happend instanly , Thank you so much !
You're welcome.
Wow! I was sitting in my hotel room in pain cause I can feel the difference in my hips...one definitely feels higher than the other. I am so glad I found this video....I can feel a big difference after the self adjustments. Thank you!
You are very welcome.
Thank you so much! I immediately saw and felt the difference. I feel like it's weird to have the hips balanced now cause I believe i've been used to the wrong posture. Should I strengthen my hips after that?what do you propose?
I don't know how this video found me but I'm so grateful it did. It's exactly what I need. Thank you. : )
You must be Canadian! Me as well. And you're welcome.
Wow! It worked! Thanks for this - I think you just save me a trip to the physio :)
Hi Jeannette, great and nice to hear....that's really what it's all about...Learning what to do that works and knowing when to do it. I am working on a simple effective protocol to build health and independence.
Thank u sir,
But the problem is it worked well for temporary...
Again after sometime i feel right hip is back with length..
Running makes me put wheight in right leg only...so i want to fix it permanently..
So do i hav to do this moves daily???
there are excersise you also have to do in order to strengthen the muscles in order for permanent results. Best~
You could have several things feeding into a pattern, poor adenals which affect ligaments, a dysfunction foot or arch.
Chuck Tillotson Cool, I didn't know that. My adrenals are over worked. This makes sense.

Earnestly hope it can work for your SIJ problem too as for mine

thank you so much i have been in so much pain for 8 days with a high hip on the right side.
this is the first bit of releif and i can now walk straight
thank you so much
Cool Laura. Now go watch my walking video to help self correct a lot of spinal issues. Good luck
If right hip is the high hip, it will pull up the right leg more so right leg should be the short leg, right?
No. The high hip is the longer leg side because of the rotation of the pelvis. . Using the right leg as the high hip means that the glute max has gone "weak" and allowed the right pelvis (AS) to rotate forward. Since the hip doesn't connect into the pelvis dead center, when it rotates forward, the portion of the hip parallel to the ground is now higher than before rotation, therefore causing the higher hip and the apparent longer leg while lying face up to on the right side.
My left hip has been shifted upward for years. Did this stretch and the block exercise and it’s even. I can’t remember the last time I haven’t limped. Definitely being thrown into my daily routine. Thank you!
Cool! Glad it helped you!
Cool story......thanks for sharing.
Very helpful and informative video thanks a lots 🙏
This makes zero sense if your hip is high your leg is shorter my hip is high on the right and my right leg is shorter
Michael Flading because your hips is high on right, than that make your feet longer because it need to be longer to balance your left feet
It's more of a visual interpretation of a pelvic rotation. The hip typically isn't high, but rotated anteriorly appearing to look higher.
wow, it was fixed so easily
+lala lkalala
Good.
+Chuck Tillotson (My Backloop) yup yup, thanks for sharing
In method 1, are you supposed to apply pressure when you let your knee bend sideways? On the low hip it just "falls down" but on the high hip it takes effort to bend it. And will this help me if it has caused low shoulder on the high hip side, or do you know something else that will?
The high hip is the long leg? Isn't it the short leg then?
High hip makes the attached leg look shorter. But in fact that leg is longer once you unlock it
far too many generalizations in this video, while this method may 'correct' the mechanical problem at the time, it does not address the cause or fix the pelvic instability long term
It is hard to put everything is a single video...I agree that the glute max on the high hip side needs to be strengthened for ultimate success.
This video saved me from years of hip/lower back pain and many office visits. Thanks!
Cool Dan. Check out the walking video now.
I know this type of business. Like you don't know? Stop playing silly. When you give real exercises? After 20 visits when you fill your pockets?
People do not believe in him, you will be doing them forever and you become his milking cow ....
Is my hips supposed to crack and grind when doing the first tip?
my hips crack too! , anyone else has this ??
Thank you for making this. I felt horrible. Pretty much nonstop pain in right hip, so much so that I felt like I was having me menstrual cramps. I am now fixed. Again, thank you.
Cool, glad it helped.
You are very welcome. Glad it helped.
Thank you so much. I have been looking for the last 20 years for an explanation why my right hip is rotated inwards and higher but my right leg is longer. All the other websites say that my right hip should be lower and they use such complication jargon! You have explained it so clearly and you provided exercises that can be done at home. Thanks again!
Did you just fix that girls hiked hip in one session?
Tony Versace yea..my thoughts as well
I believe it's only temporary and she'll have to do these exercises every day to get this effect
I like the framework here for understanding anterior rotation. The blocks were something I was recently figuring out on my own regards to sleeping next to a heavy man to my supine left. My hips fall toward his weight so in the morning I place a flat pillow under my left seat bone and let things open up for about 5-10 min. Dont you think this could be a common cause for this common problem? I have been very tempted to move up to a king bed with 2 twin mattresses.
I have been dealing with a torqued hip for years now hoping that strength training and yoga would magically fix the problem and seeing my spine and neck go further and further out of alignment. I am going to make these exercises a daily habit and come back to tell you all if it has had any affect on my pain. Very hopeful and grateful to have stumbled upon this video.
excited to see your results.
Add this in too!

Wouldn't high hip be short leg?
I use to think the same but its more complicated than what it appears.
Can you explain the rational of the first exercise you had the girl perform on how those exercises will correct the pelvic rotation seen by this leg length discrepancy? I’m very curious about it. I’ve seen using the blocks as a passive treatment for correcting hip rotation, I just haven’t seen that particular exercise. Thank you.
I have idiopathic scoliosis and my left hip is slight higher. it looks like it sticks out to the left which I guess in turn means it’s higher. I did this ten times and it didn’t work completely. i wasn’t sure if I saw a difference. is this something that will work overtime??? I noticed I got scoliosis shortly after I got a shifted tailbone injury and my doctors think that’s not the cause of my scoliosis but I think otherwise. I was completely even until I got kicked in my lower back by a friend as a joke and shifted my tailbone inward. couple months later I noticed my left rib sticking out far and weird and was diagnosed with scoliosis. thoughts please?
The high hip is the shorter leg!
This is perfect and really works! My knee pain is gone! Do you have any similar tricks/techniques for helping an exaggerated curve between the cervical and thoracic area? Similar to a Dowager's hump without fatty deposits. Thank you!!!
Trying these exercises now. I was in walking casts as a toddler. Had a high hip my whole life. Hopefully this will correct this issue. I also have a externally rotated right foot. If you have any recommendations for that i would greatly appreciate it.
Hello doctor , I have my right hip high and right leg longer and whenever I do leg workout like squat or dead lift my si joint gets inflamed. When I am trying the rotation exercise you have demonstrated I immediately get cramp in near hamstring of my right leg always , and I also notice my left leg is weaker compared to right leg in strength and size maybe because right leg is doing more work
Can you please tell me why I get cramps when I try to rotate my right leg inwards ?
Thank you
It really worked. So thanks for the video. I was surprised. Bcoz.. I was suffering with high hip and some hip imbalancement for 3 yrs. But, to sorrow... after some time, again it became as previous. Do u visit india? 😀Let me get an appointment from u.
The blocks work best!
Could you please clarifying why the high hip is the longer leg? Wouldn’t the higher hip be the short leg? I’ve had chronic hip misalignment and often the high hip is the short leg, so could you clarify or lead me to a video that explains the anatomy more? Thanks!
this works. thanks! i was injured many yrs ago in bike car accident. i was given a small lift to wear in right shoe on inside heel. i don't have that lift piece anymore. but i tried this (left hip is high) and it corrected. i deserve to feel good :)
My right hip is lower than my left by at least an inch. I have a slight spinal misalignment and a misaligned pelvis.. will this back loop rotations work for me or do I need something more advanced?
Hi Doctor. Is a high is the same thing as the other other leg being a short leg. I have been told I have a short leg which might makes since I hurt my right hip when I was 5 years old. My right leg is short. Should I do the same exercises on my left hip since that is the long leg?
ruclips.net/video/miQ__WoNDag/видео.html
i injured my left knee and now it bends outwards and rarely hurts but ithink it caused my right hip to be pulled up. Im 15 and i play football and im a sprinter
will this help IT band syndrome?
Kevin, it should help but IT band issues are typically a weak pelvic floor causing entrapment of the obturator nerve which innerates the adductors. The feet also affect this becasue the feet typically screw up the glute medius which stabilizes the hip. When the hip is unstable, the IT band tightens trying to stabilize the hip. Kegel exercises help the pelvic floor a lot.
Help ! what can i do for my granson at home.
I appreciate the video and its accuracy. Ive watched a number of videos on this subject that left me confused by people who I now realize didn't know what they were talking about.
I am after years of pelvic surgery and my left leg is 1.5 cm short. Is that a lot ? Your exercises are suitable. For my case ?
Hi, I wish to clarify method 2, are you saying the lower hip gets the shoe head pointing down, and the higher hip gets the shoe head pointing down? So both hip bones get supported by the middle section of the shoes? Thanks.
This totally worked. I'm amazed
Sweet. Please share with others...
Thanks for the video Doc, but I have a question. It seems to me, I have exactly the problem highlited on the video, right side higher hip, but I reckon that with the first exercises I am twisting my hip toward the left side, where there is the lower hip, whereas with the blocks exercises I am turning the hip towards the opposite side. Isn'it this a contradiction? Thank a lot.
Manuele
Thank you so much for sharing. You mentioned to "Stretch out right hip flexors and strengthen glute and abs on the right coupled with the high hip correction", how about tight QL, erector and lat? I feel they are very tight and it seems they pull my pelvis up. Your another video of walking is helpful for glute Max, would you please inform us about abs and flexors? Thanks a lot in advance.
