Great sesh. The way Louis sent the one handed green was so cool and Anna aaalmost had it too! Such fun to watch.
I'm new to these videos, coming over from Nile Wilson, Luke and Ash. I really enjoy the mindset and encouragement as much as the climbing itself. I don't know enough about climbing techniques to grasp the finer points but l still enjoy the overall climb. It's a whole different world to back in the '70s when l was scrabbling up tors and chimneys in the Peak District! ❤

settings done differently on each wall ? Interesting. Love all the different gyms and settings. Even in my city we have 7 climbing gyms and each one is so unique.

I'm happy you guys talked about bad days, bc I just had one yesterday and now I have some things to work on, I went to the gym to try to feel better, I was stressed, tired from lack of sleep and hungry, never a good combo, and usually the gym perks me up but the bad climbing session just made me feel worse
Bad climbing or good climbing, it doesn’t matter, you felt like shit and still went climbing!

I started climbing last year on July 5th, just got my first V8 two weeks ago (took four months to climb out of the V7’s) and I’m fkn stoked. Catalyst, and some other channels, have helped to keep me inspired to try hard af - and make no excuses. Much love and mad respect, climb on.
V7 and V8 within the first year is strong! Good job man

@@AnnaDavey The comparison is crazy when you were standing around same height but his hand just reaches so much further. Never knew it was so large. It's one of those things that can be hard to see on a person, until they compare it like this.

Met this girl once in a gym. One of the rudest peole ive met with an over-inflated ego. Actually put me off going to the gym for a little while
I mean, she's an excellent climber, but those pants she's wearing are very inappropriate.

@@thunderball11111 Sadly, those are normal to certain people. But that doesn't change the fact that it's inappropriate to wear for climbing in public. It's not like she's doing yoga by herself at home.
@@darkaquatus Why? They're no more revealing than some tight jeans. I'd not wear them myself as I imagine they're just really breezy but if you want flexible clothing for climbing they seem perfect.
