Wow I must have oversighted this one. I absolutely love the OLED display and having two buttons, and that it has a much wider beam rather than just a purebred thrower. It simply love the beam and spill. Having 2500 lumens on "high" is excellent as its usable and not a big jump to or stepdown from Turbo. I would have it set on memory to 2500 as a matter of course, then drop back (or up) when appropriate to the situationWell done once again Charles, you do produce some wonderful and informative videos. Its nice that you make written comments regards your thoughts and findings too, not many reviewers do that.
My DN70's display is working and I can cycle the brightness from 20 lumens to 2500 lumens but the problem is that the light itself won't turn on. What might be the possible problem of my DN70? Thanks!
Charles 2 people have had firmware problems and the torch not working correctly. Strangely this torch does not higher power options ... say 1000 and 1500 lumens (their website suggests there is a 1000 lumen option) . This is like having a car with no 3rd or 4th gear ratio - they provide 1st, 2nd and 5th.
I have not had any issues with any of my Imalent products. I think the UI spacing of lumens is fine on this model unlike the DT70 which goes from 1000 to 8000 lumen jump in the UI. Thanks for watching!

If it went do 2500 lumens, it means you were using the turbo mode. 10 minutes of turbo mode is a spectacular result for any LED flashlight out there, ever made. Turbo mode is an absolute working maximum of the LED, and it is intended to be used only for a short time, 10 minutes is eternity. The faulty switch is their fault of course, but the thing about lumens is just you expecting too much. If you need a constant 3800 lumens output, then you need a 9000 lumen flashlight, at least.

Versus with DN35 please :(
DN70 vs DN35 , i don't know what i choose... :( THX man.
Watch both of my reviews of them. Also the DN35 is more of a thrower verses the DN70 is more of a floody beam. Thanks for watching!
