    ✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    For Vada:
    * Urad Dal (उड़द दाल) - 1 cup
    * Water (पानी) - Some
    * Cuddapah Almond (चिरौंजी) - Some
    * Cashew Nuts (काजू ) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
    * Ginger (अदरक) - Some
    * Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - Some
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    * Water (पानी) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - Some
    * Asafoetida (हींग) - Some
    For Serving:
    * Curd (दही) - Some
    * Sugar Powder (चीनी) - Some
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    * Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
    * Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - Some
    * Sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी)
    * Green chutney (हरी चटनी)
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚, take Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, roasted Cumin Powder, and plain Salt and mix well.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐣𝐢𝐲𝐚, soak Urad Dal for 4-5 hours. Then grind it by adding water gradually. Transfer the paste to a plate, whisk for 2-3 mins, and make it fluffy. Cover it with a wet cloth and rest for half an hour. Wet your hand and take ground Dal, place it over a wet cloth, and flatten it. Place the filling and lift up the cloth and fold giving it a shape of gujiya. Stick with your finger and remove the cloth. Gujiya is ready place it in hot Oil now. Fry them until they turn golden in color. Take Water add Salt and Hing Powder and mix it. Then put the fried Gujiya into Water for 3-4 hours then squeeze gently.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐡𝐢, take some Curd whisk it, add Powdered Sugar, and mix well.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a serving plate and place Gujiya. Pour Curd, Green Chutney, Sweet Chutney, and Masala. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Silver Leaves. In this way, the Super Soft Dahi Gujiya/Dahi Vada/Dahi Bhalla will be ready at home.
