    ✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    For Chilla:
    * Carrot (गाजर) - Some
    * Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - Some
    * Onion (प्याज) - Some
    * Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * French Beans (फ्रेंच बीन्स)
    * Ginger (अदरक)
    * Tomato (टमाटर) - Some
    * Potato (आलू) - Some
    * Rice (चावल) - 1 Cup
    * Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Oil (तेल) - 2 Tbsp
    * Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Mustard seeds (राई) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * White Sesame Seeds (सफ़ेद तिल) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Curry Leaves (करी पत्ते) - Some
    * Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
    * Water(पानी) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Oil (तेल)- Some
    For 2nd Rice Ball:
    For Rice Balls:
    * Rice(चावल) - 1 Bowl/Cup
    * Raw Potato(कच्चा आलू) - 1
    * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
    * Water(पानी) - 2-3 Spoon
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Water(पानी) - 2.5 Bowl/Cup
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Oil(तेल) - Some
    FOR TADKA:-
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Black Mustard Seeds(राई) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Curry Leaves(कड़ी पत्ता) - Some
    * White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - Some
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Maggi Masala(मैगी मसाला) - 1 Spoon
    * Pav Bhaji Masala(पाव भाजी मसाला)
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
    * Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा)
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, soak Rice for 2 Hours then grind them by adding Water.
    Pour the mixture into a bowl and add some Chili Flakes. keep the tadka pan for heating, and add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, and Curry Leaves. Let them crackle first then put into bowl. Mix well and make it lumps-free. Add chopped Capsicum, Onion, Coriander Leaves, Tomato, Ginger, Green Chili, grated Carrot, Potato, Water, Salt, and crushed Red Chili Powder and mix well. Then keep the pan for heating, grease some Oil. Pour a spoonful of batter and spread well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Then take it out on a plate. Serve with Chutney or Sauce and enjoy!
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬, soak Rice for 2 Hours then grind them by adding Water, Potato, Ginger, and Green Chilli. Transfer the batter to the bowl. Keep the pan on the flame and add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Water, and Salt to taste and let it boil first. When the Water starts boiling then pour the batter by stirring it continuously. Cook until the batter leaves the corner then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn the flame off, spread the batter, and let it dry. Then give it a round shape like balls & give it steam for 10 minutes. keep the pan for heating, and add Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, White Sesame Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Pao Bhaji Masala, Kashmiri red Chili Powder, steamed Rice Balls, and Lemon Juice. Cool for 2-3 minutes and garnish with Coriander Leaves and Desiccated Coconut. Serve with Chutney or Sauce and enjoy!
