    Am i the only one that thinks the match against georgi was the most comparable to a match with levan? Georgis wrist and side pressure were the strongest devon has faced recently, and it seemed more difficult than the denis and ermes matches. i think this recent experience has the most carry over to the levan match

      The defeat against Genadi was also very necessary, not only because it led him to train his internal game making him more versatile, but he learned to never play with your opponent again when you have the possibility of beating him, Devon called him Ego, this lesson made him He Flash pined Ermes and Denis instead of playing with them, his loss against Genadi basically led him to be the champion.

    I LOVE Devons pronation exercise! SERIOUSLY! I had ulnar nerve damage and his pronation exercise directly targets the carpal tunnel at the thumb. As well as at the ‘cubital tunnel.’ Which is what the ulnar nerve travels through on the inner elbow. Which is literally right underneath the pronator muscle!
    It’s been suuuper helpful for me! A couple years ago I was doing 5lbs for high reps. Now I can do 105lbs! Low reps but more than singles.
    I definitely have to keep my arm rested on my thigh though. IDK HOW he does it whilst also curling the weight that’s amazing!

      In the video they made it seems like Genadi destroyed Devon. Devon could've won, he knew that he made some mistakes that cost the match. Genadi and Devon have similar strengths. 1 round Devon was in full control.

    • @humanbean3
      @humanbean3 8 месяцев назад +3

      @@emanuelplaza284 I agree it was very close, but if you watch what Genadi did in the second to last round, he actually survived and pulled through almost the same position Devon had him in on round 1. That being said, I wouldn't say Genadi could've done that in round 1 when Devon was fresh, but who knows honestly.
      If you armwrestle or watch armwrestling more than just Devon matches then you should know that you don't use all your strength in round 1 if you end up in a bad position. If you end up in a bad position in round 5? Yes, you use all your strength. So again who knows what would've happened if Genadi used all his strength in round 1.
      I just hate how everyone discounts what Genadi achieved and pretend like you can change round 1 and everything else would play out the exact same.

It just makes some of his opponents train harder and what to beat him more. If it was actual "mind games" and not just pride/ego, he would be pretending to be weaker and super nice. @@PerformanceEnhancingPancakes yes that is true mindaugas would gas out to denis or richard. but thats not because denis or richard lupkes is more efficient, its because mindaugas isnt strong enough to move them in the first place. if you give mindaugas the most efficient setup, in terms of leverage and angles, and have denis start in the least efficient position to armwrestle from, i believe mindaugas will still gas out first even if he has the obvious more efficient position. my point is that, in certain scenarios, gassing out first doesnt mean you are less efficient, i can also mean your opponent is just way too strong.

    Weird how you left out the George match. Georgie was as close to Levan as anyone & Devon handled him. That woulda been the perfect comparison!

    If he can just stop levan and make one round over 1 minute, he wins the rest. I just don't know if his gains are still enough because levan nearly ripped his arm off.

    I have an unfortunate feeling that Devons training could lead him to surpass Levan, but he hasnt had enough time just yet. If he did this for another year, and got to 300 Id put money on him in a heartbeat.
    I love Levan, but it would be better for the sport if Devon wins and they get a 3rd match. So I've got my fingers crossed it happens
