One day i will become as good as Devon in arm wrestling because I am making really quick progress just few months ago i was a nobody in arm wrestling and now i crossed the level 1 guy and if I joined the gym and bulk up i will beat the level 2 guy easily but to reach at devon's level i need atleast 10 years of training then I might have a chance
I can beat pretty much everyone I know who isn't an entry level club puller upwards or a strongman so I'm firmly in the category of average guy who thinks he will surprise everyone when he tries out at his local club and VERY VERY VERY QUICKLY gets humbled by anyone who knows what they are doing on the table. Armwrestlers ARE VERY STRONG.
I’m similar. I’m 41, nothing special physically, but for whatever reason, the men on my dad’s side are/were good at arm wrestling. However, I know If I stepped into any arena with pros or even people who don’t for fun, I’d most likely get flash pinned repeatedly.
Still consider myself new been just doing arm wrestling centered lifts for about 2 years but I am able to get 102.5 on Devon’s pronation lift is that good I don’t have many people to arm wrestle so I really don’t know but am curious
I swear. I searched up "armwrestling levels" earlier today (7-8 hrs ago) and watched a video of a guy leveling people. Insane coincidence. What the heck
Levan is like the Mike Tyson in the Nintendos Mike Tyson's Punch Out game, the final boss. Has to be a cheat code to beat levan lol. Im probably level 0.5 lol
And here I am. Typical gym rat at 5’10 and 75-82 kg. Started to think about persuing Armwrestling. The thing with me is its all or nothing. And seeing the level of the supers today like Levan, Vitaly, Artyom etc makes me want to go ” Maybe its better to just step back”😂😂😂 no way I could possibly become overall #1 which would be my target if I decided to do the sport.
@@Bingo264 I know but thats not me. I want to be the absolute best if I dedicate myself to do it. I don’t just want to be a category puller. I want to be overall #1. All or nothing. That’s why its hard😂
If you dedicate yourself hard enough you could probably get to a good ranking within a weight class. The problem with pursuing the super heavyweight title is you need to be born with a frame for that, which is determined by genetics, and I don't think there is anyone below 6 foot there. Things like arm length, bone structure, etc., matter too, and probably 90% of people, if not even more, just aren't born with that. Still, being in the top 5-10 within any weight class is very respectable and a great goal to strive towards. Obviously in arm wrestling most of the eyes are on the super heavyweight guys, but if it helps you, think of it like a combat sport, often times some of the guys many consider to be "great" aren't anywhere close to the top weight class (think Connor McGregor, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiao, etc.). Also, the lower weight classes tend to be more technical and also probably healthier for you long term, since you do not need close to the amount of PEDs someone like Levan takes. So if it is something that you really are passionate about I recommend that you don't let the fact that you likely won't become a 170kg Levan 2.0 dissuade you from pursuing something in the sport.
The other levels armwrestling video is so much better. You can’t just start off with gym goers. Your jumps are way too extreme. First you jump from average gym goer to the Whisperer who is easily state champion tier, then you jump to an out of shape elite level middle weight puller and then all is well until we reach Ryan Bowen, the you go up a weight class to Lachlan…ok makes sense. Lachlan is that strong… then you go to Todd Hutchigs… good Todd wrecks Lachlan… but then you jump straight to Prudnyk, Devon and Levan! Like what the hell!? Prudnyk is the strongest 110kg puller. Guys like Dave or Alex or Genadi are an entire tier above him. Then you can go Devon and then you go Levan. Your levels are like a stair case that first takes you up 15 floors then it takes you up in 2 floor increments and all of the sudden you get blasted with another 10 floors. Look, this is how you do it: Tier 1 small children Tier 2 women Tier 3 weak men Tier 4 gym goers Tier 5 beginner arm wrestlers Tier 6 manual labourers Tier 7 really strong women’s heavyweights Tier 8 the strongest male lightweights …. You just go up in weight classes and end it off on Devon and Levan. That’s how you do it!
