    I think there is a mistake in question of (co(h20)6)2+ transition
    E is inversely proportinal to wavelength
    Then energy gap will higher wavelength will be lower

      But E is directly proportional to frequency .
      Because whatever the value is given is in terms of cm-1 that's actually the frequency value
