18:14...You filled orbitals with +1 and-1 microstate. Didn't you said we cannot fill like leaving one oribat empty. It violates Hunds rule. So didn't here it's wrong . Thankyou
Dear sir...aapki aaj ki english aur us samay ki english mein bahut bada antar hai..😲😲 You are gem sir....your today's english fluency is best apart from your chemistry,😀🤩🤩🤩
in case of d^2 we cannot leave one orbital vacant like if i fill electron in +2 n 0, filling is wrong. on the contrary in the very next question, you left one vacant orbital in p^4 to get 1^S atomic term symbol. to get this term symbol two electrons are filled in +1 n 2 in -1 orbital. same in d orbital, you said we take negative as positive. but in p we are taking -ve as -ve and +ve as +ve values. which rule to follow? i am confused in the rule followed by you.
Sir your explanation is very very nice and my request to you is, please make a video on all the important formulas of physical chemistry and problems based on it.
Sir, I have two doubts.. 1. CSIR June - 2017 question, they show p4 "term symbols" are like 1s and 3p but , we are say these are terms only not a term symbol? Term symbol means they give under subscript J value, they dont shown why? 2. half filled means what? confusing
same doubt...I think, the question will ask , possible terms, it means all possible terms, So there should be included of hunds rule violets also possible.
Sir apne bola rha ki middle me khali chor ke age ya fir pise electrons fill nhi kr sakte... then apneb1st question krwate waqt middle pe vacant kyu rakha
Sir many students asked you the same in 19.05 min you are solving term for 2p4, so for 1S term ,the way you filled the electrons leaving one box in the middle is not it the violation of hund's rule
As per my doubt sir ... i need to ask one thing that ... In the first example you said weshould consider only 2p4 but in the second last example you took ns1 along with np1 for assigning term symbol. How ?
Sir, I have two doubts in the last question. Is there a possibility for the single electron to go to the p z orbital ? L+S can be used only when the orbital is more than half filled; in that case is it okay to use that here?
When it is asked in the question about possible term symbol you've to take all the possibility. In ground state your electron can't directly go to pz and to give L=0, but you can consider that too bcoz here they've asked about possible term. Take that too and see if any of the options you're getting or not. You're absolutely right that L+S is taken when orbital is more than half filled, but then as per the question we've to take all the possibilities. So we've considered it.
Thanks a lot,Sir. As it is asked in the question to find all possibilities we are considering them! I will work out that too and check the answer options.
Plz improve video quality sir Ji...kuch Nahi dikh Raha hai thik se...I am really sad bz can't see anything much clearly...plz do work on this & take this suggestion in positive way
I began to understand this topic after watching your tutorial. Thank you Sir

Sir please explain it
Same question is mine
Sir, I also have that question. Please clarify
Go through bret's scheme for p2 and d2 ....
Dear sir...aapki aaj ki english aur us samay ki english mein bahut bada antar hai..😲😲

Nice and very catchy exposition sir Ji.
Sir your explanation is very very nice and my request to you is, please make a video on all the important formulas of physical chemistry and problems based on it.
Thank you Shubham, I'll try to make video on physical chemistry formulae soon.
There are few videos already on physical chemistry you can watch them.
Nice one effort
18.14...sir u told that... We cannot skip leaving one orbital empty......
Sir, I have two doubts..

Thanks a lot. Sir you explain concept in very simple language step by step with previous year questions , your all videos giving direct marks....
Thank you...God bless you...😊😊😊
Very nice explanation sir.....
Ur trick is osm sir 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks
At 18:13 how u feel e by leaving one middle orbital. U said earlier it violets hunds rule
same doubt...I think, the question will ask , possible terms, it means all possible terms, So there should be included of hunds rule violets also possible.
Same doubt. I think it is not violation of Hund's rule
21:22 no of unpaired electrons is 2 so valu of s should be 3
Yese h video bnate rheye
Aapka video dekh kr lagta hai shayad exam crack ho jayega
practice more along with watching my videos and thanks for those good words. :)

In the first question 2p4,the term symbol 1s is justified by which filling of electron,is that obey hund's rule?
I've already said that in question it is asked about possible term symbol so we have to see all the possiblilities (also where Hund's rule violates)
@@AllBoutChemistry if all possible term symbols we are violating hunds rule in p4 then why are we not violating in all possible terms for d2 ?
@@navaldeepkaur9909 thats my question also.
Same question from this side also ❓ sir pls can you elaborate about the ২ questions।
Thank u so much... Such an elaborative and good explanation... 👍👍👍
Thank you for kind words 😊
Sir in the last question, there is possibility of first option also where the 3p electron is having L value 0
nicely explained, bro
thanks brother :)
فهمت عليك شكرا لك كثيرا كثيرا
Sir what will be the term factor for Mn4+ ion
Sir plz tell the possible term in nonequivalent system like s1p1;d1d1 type system
Good videos
Explaination in english super
As per my doubt sir ... i need to ask one thing that ... In the first example you said weshould consider only 2p4 but in the second last example you took ns1 along with np1 for assigning term symbol. How ?
Yep
Thank You Soo Much Sir ❤️🙏
While filling orbitals yu sd orbitals in centr not to be skipped and y is it so in the 1s term?
Its really helpful.. Please make more vdos on various topics.. Please don't stop making vdos on utube..
What is the term symbol for p2
Thank you sir 💐

Why we take out term symbols of elements n wht r it's application in chemistry........ Or it is just mathematics
sir possible term does mean to fill orbital in differnt microstates like +1 ,0,-1 and to see the term symbol
Bro last example Dec2016 Na atom has the configuration 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s1 correct
hi sir..which formula is used when orbital is half filled? L-S or L+S?
At that time use can use anyone of them, as L=0 for half filled
Shandarrr sirrrrr jjiiii
Thank You :)
Tq sir good explanation..
Thank you 😊
Why we leave that orbital while filling e fr possible terms?????????......
If l= 2
S= 1 so, what will be the atomic term symbol??
3D
So nice explaination....
Write possible term symbols for following electronic configuration :
1) [Be]2p3p
2) [He]2s2p
3) [Be]2p3d
Thank you sr
very nice
Thank you so much I m from Morocco
You're welcome :)
Thank you for the comment.
