Much thanks to father Anatol Szydłowski from the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene in Warsaw for letting us record this video and ZIELONY POMIDOR studio for the lights. Видеоклипы
Wonderful - just love that last note from the Bass singer!
My soul is uplifted by this song
This is a wonderful praise to the Lord for His goodness & strength. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ for saving us.
Every time I listen to this I think how moved Sergei Rachmaninov would have been to hear it like this
I'm sure this piece has led many people to God. Beauty is one of the three transcendentals - Beauty, Truth and Goodness.
I was lead to the Orthodox Church because of this piece - it was the most beautiful things I had ever encountered.
I can't stop myself from crying when I hear this lovely ensemble sing so movingly-- thank you!
Marvellous are thy works Oh Lord..
I'm glad I found this video!
I never get tired of this piece... sublime...
This alto soloist has the most gorgeous voice for Old Church Slavonic music.
Beautiful, Thanks You
I'm really a great sinner.
But this song always, inevitably invites me to come closer to God...
There were 5 original Patriarchates.
Rome changed Christ's teaching in 1054.
Only, Eastern Orthodox Christianity keeps Christ's ORIGINAL TEACHING☦️
@@brankabrnica1914 but, God is , was, is gong to forever, why you don't ask Jesus to know the Original Teaching? son of man not seek the holy one, but look for from human and religion?
Really impressive and appealing
This is the acme of solemnity
Wow, glorious, brings me to tears every time.
May Gox give peace between Slavic people who must praise the Lord with beautiful harmony.
If human beings can sing like this in a fallen world under their fallen condition can you imagine what it will sound like when the saints perfected in Christ Jesus our Lord and the hosts of angels will sing his praises in heaven.
I mean yeah~! So pretty! I enjoy Christian/Jesus Themed music from around the globe!
Exactly!
Yea and Amen!
Amen David! Well said.
After an experience with death I could no longer listen to human music for several years, even the most beautiful. Angelic music is so beyond anything ears on Earth have ever heard, that returning to this Earth music was jarring to my spirit. Yes, you are so right. Let's enjoy what humans can do with our voices here till we learn to sing as the Angels do in heaven. Oh beautiful is to weak a word....
Heaven on Earth
Wow the tall young guy is a bass!!! Amazing!
How Beautiful and Rachmaninoff wrote this!!
Angels from heaven, come down to earth to comfort us
I love how his fellow singers are smiling in awe when the bass rumbles out the last line.
Thank you for helping me in grief ❤
I believe the Lord is listening to all these wonderful praises of Mankind, Jesus bless you All
I never tire of this. I listen, again and again
I'm Alaskan Orthodox, I must attest, the solo is beautiful... and the way it was performed makes it Heavenly. Well done.
So beautiful!
Beauty, sweetness, worth of listening some 47 times -- as I did.
The Russians have such a striking timbre for this type of sacred music.
I never tire of listening to these people singing this wondrous piece of music.
Me too.
Same
@@nnicollan - Ditto. Could listen to it all day ... and all night, too.
I listen to this almost every day. It uplifts my soul and restores my spirit.
Angels, archangels, seraphim and cherubim proclaim the glory of God. They are all represented by this group. May the Lord God bless you and keep you in His Heart forever.
Divine!
Damn...I LOVE altos. ❤
The music and the comeliness and beauty of the singers is so matched.
Thank you.
What a beautiful interpretation! Can't stop listen. Again and again.

Chills. Every time I listen to this.
Such depth of voices bring out the cry of the soul to her Creator.
you singers best of the world. God save you. :)
Just beautiful
Purity, piety and perfection in one perfect package.
Słucham, podziwiam, zachwycam się i ... wracam do odsłuchania ponownie. Najlepsze wykonanie jakie słuchałem!
Hauntingly Beautiful.
Heavenly

Как прекрасно соткали голоса эту чудесную песню. Спасибо.
Listening and listening again. This deserves to be uploaded and preserved in 4K for generations to come.
May Jesus touch your 💔 with His healing grace today. Cry out to Him.
CHILLING IN A VERY GOOD WAY
Love it! Never get tired of listening to Rachmaninoff's rendition of this sacred score. The chord shifts before the cadence are powerful and moving. I can feel my heart become heavy with the burden of melancholy and isolation...its one of the few times I can feel closer to God with no effort, almost as innate as breath.
Glory to God for all things.
Stunning piece and sung with such Finesse...the Mezzo has that Richness we find difficult to replicate outside of Eastern Europe...dgp
Congratulations Wonderful ensemble Bravo
Rachmaninov's Vespers are deeply haunting and touch the soul.
Год уже слушаю регулярно это исполнение. Очень красиво и на слух и визуально. Огромное спасибо всем исполнителям! Огромное уважение всем, кто сотворил такую красоту!
Divine.
what a beautiful team!
Even though I have listened to this hymn countless times, each time is like the first time. The power of this song of praise takes us beyond earthly boundaries to a realm where order, peace, beauty and love have their genesis...
Heaven will be a megillion times more glorious. Megillion has 3,000,004 digits and would take immortality itself to experience such supernatural of beauty in heaven.
Yeah Rachmaninov was raptured into heavens Realm one night and came back to teach us how it is like !

Jakub Koziol has a powerful voice. I love it. Roger Camp
perfection. singing Rachmaninoff is one of the hardest things I've ever had the privilege of doing. this was sheer delight for my ears.
One cannot help but see the difference in offering praise to our Creator and hymns about our feelings. This is true worship!
I have been an Evangelical Protestant pastor for 41 years. Contemporary "worship" music has increasingly gotten "me-centered." Essentially it is about "MY" experience of God. I can hardly stand to listen or sing the stuff. I listen to Chant or anything liturgical--other than contemporary Christian pop music. I have even influenced my wife to change her habits. She was a huge fan of the pop genre.
@@bestpossibleworld2091 In brotherly love may I cheekily ask: is Protestantism not always about "MY" experience of God?
@@valq10 Some of the greatest and most beloved hymns glorifying God and the Savior, Jesus Christ were written by Protestants. Unfortunately, much of the contemporary Me-centered worship music is also written by Protestants. However, I also know that Catholics attracted to the Traditional Latin Mass have often found the music developed after Vatican II to be less than God-centered and uplifting.
@@valq10, No, it has not always been that way. Think of the hymns of Fanny Crosby, Charles Wesley and even Luther (A Mighty Fortress is Our God). The current stuff is a departure.
@@kansashoneybadger7899 thanks for the recommendation , iv heard it before somewhere but now i know what its called, yes truly an ortherworldy piece of music
I love these lyrics from Psalm 104
God feels pleased by this men &women who praise "Him "
The interaction between the most wonderful alto and the sublime tenor makes this so special.
I would love to hear much more by these wonderful young singers. They are truly marvellous.
The roots of joy are to be found in thanksgiving.
Such bass!
......And heaven opened and grace and peace poured over listeners 🙏🏻💕thank you😘
no , powiem po wojskowemu : smirno i ruki pa szwam , zachwycające ,coś wspaniałego :)
Beauty will save the world
Fabulous! Congratulations!
The serene image of my casket coming out of the back of the hearse into the church, gives me hope that this long painful life is not permanent, as the casket lid opens to reveal my serene self inside, i will look down from heaven in bliss to know that i am finally home.
Glad to see Poland people staying faithful to Jesus Christ...Love and Greetings from India...in the mighty name of Jesus Christ the savior of mankind and only hope.❤️🙏✝️
Pray for Poland. The new generations are not growing enthusiastically enough to love Jesus. I’m publishing a weekly RUclips video on episodes from the life of Don Bosco, entitled ST JOHN BOSCO by JOE ZAMMIT. In this series I’m narrating events and miracles from the splendid life of Don Bosco. St John Bosco used to perform a miracle almost every day, through the intercession of Mary Help of Christians. From the lives of saints we can learn how to love God more and draw closer to him. Thank you.

Beautiful, just beautiful. I listen to this peace often when I need to relax. Thank you everyone for your musical expertise.
I listen to this over and over, and get a taste of the sublime, of something much bigger and more beautiful.
So so beautiful!❤️
The Angels in Heaven couldn't sing this any better.
I just love this! Their voices are amazing and I often listen to it. Thank you.
I cannot help myself to return to this most beautiful performance. They are the very essence of what Rachmaninov intended for this piece. Angel choirs made human.
Lord Jesus Christ Son of God. Have Mercy on us Sinners
God created you! wow!
Love how each member just waits for their queue then graciously blends into what is an astonishing and brilliant harmony to the Lord of Lords!
Не первый год слушаю ваше исполнение Рахманинова....Вы - супер!....таким малым составом справились.....эт круто!
Dear God I love vocal sacred music!
Really I feel invited to dwell forever in this heavenly sound. I would give up my body to make sacred music my everlasting temple. The most holy place to host my soul!
One of the most beautiful sounds to grace my ears in all of my life
I have listened to this countless times and never tire of it. It is the superb balance of the solo against the rest of the choir. This changes seamlessly. I wish that they would produce many more!
It is so balanced because it is balanced in the studio :)
@@valeriesimonson9811 What are your thoughts? Has the performance been diminished?
@@valeriesimonson9811 How, exactly? There are no individual microphones, and lots of room sound. Good performers do not require electronic intervention.

Such evident Joy in their singing! Superb.
This is beyond of imagination how beautifully they did it.. it's like angles came down on earth...😇💖
Absolutely beautiful.
Incredible! The voices of these great people are gifts from God. Orthodox songs have a feeling in them that cannot be expressed in words, only felt by the Holy Spirit. We praise you for these fine vocalist O Lord. May their voices continue to praise You.
