Thank you Walter. I am glad you liked the video and I hope it helps your ball striking. I hope you are a subscriber, I try and get two videos out a week.
Thanks for this video on the right hand trigger finger. Some days I feel comfortable with how my hands move and feel through the release. Other days nothing feels right and I don't understand why. This gives me an area to concentrate on to help my control and feel. I appreciate the content of your videos. Thanks!
Great video with a real gem of keeping the weight of the club head against the trigger finger thru impact. Another good feel is as after you have shifted forward and are pivoting with the club lagging against your trigger finger try to keep the butt end of the club moving fast ahead of the club head thru impact where you aren't really trying to keep your left wrist bowed, it will release after impact by itself as the club passes your body.
eric, thanks for the comment. I appreciate you watching. I would give a little warning on your tip. Trying to go fast with the butt of the club will get the person who throws the club head to do it more. That may be a good tip after the person has developed a real good feel for lag. Just watch that you don't add the speed to soon. Thanks again for watching.
Cheers Mate!! Thank you for the comment. As you can tell from my last name, I need to take a trip to Australia. Do you think someone would buy me a beer in Brisbane? Thank you for the comment and watching!
I’ll definitely buy you a beer in Sydney! When my friends ask me how I improved my swing, I always say it’s all thanks to Michael Brisbane from Alabama.
Hahaha! That's a good one. Thank you for the nice words. I hope you get to play some golf this weekend. Keep watching and I will keep dropping knowledge.
@@BrisGolfGood morning Bris! Yesterday I put on my snowshoes and waded out to my garage practice station to try the trigger finger. My trail hand grip habit is slightly stronger and a short trigger finger. I sorted out my trail hand and trigger following your sage advice and saw better impact and consistent ball flight. The biggest feel change was at the top of the swing where I felt the weight of the head behind me and what felt like an automatic shallowing. How interesting, big change with some tweaks to my trail hand position and trigger finger. I had always focused on lead hand grip. Let me give you and your subsricbers some advice....never try golfing with snow shoes on, it really plays with your pivot and balance. Thanks for all you do Bris, damn good coaching.
Great instruction. I probably watch too many golf swing videos, but your lesson was clear and concise 👍🏾
Thanks!
