How to Connect AirPods Max to PC [1 Minute Tutorial]

In this video, I show you how to connect your AirPods Max to your PC or laptop.
First, open up your search bar on Windows 10 and type in Bluetooth. This should open up the bluetooth settings on your control panel. When you're in bluetooth settings, click on the add device button. Then click on the bluetooth option again to pair a new device.
Take your AirPods Max out of the case. Then on your Max's, there is a thin smooth button that you use for noise cancellation. You'll want to click and hold that button for about 5 seconds. As you're holding the button, look at the bottom of the headphones for a small white light. When the white light is blinking, that means the device is ready to be paired via bluetooth.
On your PC, in the bluetooth settings the headphones should show up ready to pair. Click on the headphones and then they'll begin pairing. Now you're able to use the AirPods Max for your PC or laptop computer.

For me the white light does not start blinking, it just turns off and none of my Apple devices find it. Does that mean I have a broken unit or is there something I am doing wrong? I have tried holding down the button for all different lengths of time already... :(

I can connect them alright but the sound quality is terrible and very staticly and i dont know if this is normal. If it isnt how can i fix it?

I have the same issue. I think it is the limited bandwidth of bluetooth. You can disable the microphone input which will make the sound quality better again.

The microphone input solution does not work. It is just an unfixable problem that you will have to wait for Microsoft to fix for win11 sadly
