    Read the peanut butter label. Most have palm oil and sugar added which is terrible for you. Add some whole grain bread for a bigger blood sugar spike.

    Peanut butter causes inflammation, also made with hydronated oils, make your own nut butter with better options. Do your own research

      What is the mechanism that causes inflammation from peanut butter? If you purchase peanut butter made from peanuts with no additives like palm oil. There's no such thing as hydronates oils - I guess you meant hydrogenated oils? If you buy a pure organic type there are no hydrogenated oils in it. It's healthy if you avoid the big factory brands like Skippy etc
