Thanks very useful...I only discovered Clickup yesterday. I love the options it provides (calendars, charts, projects, tasks, etc) - but "getting started" was a challenge. Your "Everything" explanation helps a lot. To invoice clients would I need a Zapier integration with my account software (e.g. QuickBooks)? And sending emails using my business email... a paid auto-responder account?
Hi, I love your videos. Just to let you know, though, that the discount you say is 20% in your videos and pdf, is actually only 15% when I get to clickup. It would still be good but just feels misleading when its not 20%. I tried with both annual and monthly payments and the discount is still only 15%. i just thought you should know so you can update your advertising and pdfs. Keep up the good work! Great tips!
Hi Connie, I am glad you love the videos! Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. I think the 20% is off of the unlimited plan (or at least used to be). I think some of our verbiage says up to 20% off, but I was not aware it just said 20%. We will make sure to change this ASAP.
hi Dasilva. u hv explained the custom fields but i am not able to make use any custom field. When i try to add data in custom field i am prompted to buy a paid plan. Although the site says we can use custom field in free plan but i am not able to use. Can u guide me about how to add and use custom fields
Currently, you cannot merge accounts, unfortunately. What you can do as a workaround is template each space in one account, make it shareable with a link and then bring it into your workspace you want everything in. Then you can deactivate the other account. Hope that helps 😀
I have a quick question for you! I haven't been able to find anyone to help me. I am really new to using Click Up. My operations manager is suddenly unable to load any images to click up. We have an unlimited account. What do you think would be the reason for this? TIA!!!!!
Yes I agree It is very complicated. But I think it's just because there is just so much you can do with it It's pretty incredible. Originally we were introduced to click up as a CRM and that is what we'd like to start with. But there is so much more it can be used for is great! For taking the time out to make this video.

The free plan you are limited to 100 uses
More than one project we handle means, the other projects in the same space , other teams can use? Or each space has secured from other project?
