In a bowl mix well the following:
- eggs: 2
- salt: 1 tsp
- plain yogurt: 350ml
- flour: 250g
- baking powder: 14g
Add:
- flour: 250g
Mix until everything is well combined and have a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin until it's about the desired thickness.
Next, cut the dough into rectangle or triangle shapes.
Fry the dough until they are golden brown and crispy.
