Nice Video Jamie 👍 A good idea for a future video would be a more detailed look into mortgages when you have 10-15+ properties. Do you go for a portfolio mortgage? Same lender? Multiple lenders? can you still get 75% LTV? Do you even want to get 75% LTV? Etc. Give people something to think about now, as they grow, so they can strategise accordingly. Keep up the good work 👍
Great video as always been watching for years always found them interesting to watch as where from same area. I saw you outside the gym in the car park awhile ago but you was on the phone so didnt come and say hello
Any advice for cash buyers using investors money?? We dont have any mortgages and will ONLY re-mortgage in 10 years once prices go up. Is buying up North still worth it?
it is thank to you .there i was on holiday drinking martini smug with myself i just paid off my 2 rental properties and the i have found your channel and my eyes opened and i saw the potential in remortgaging and reinvesting@@JamieYork
Is the consultation giving us a framework as to how to invest and where or is it giving you the money for you and your experts to invest for me? Also, I’d be worried about being given properties that are set aside by yourselves because why would you take the best properties for yourself?
It’s for us to build your portfolio for you, for a fee. You own the properties yourself. Great question regarding us as an investor. Investors are listed Ona. First come first serve basis and queued. We are queued in the exact same way in the same areas under the same criteria
@@JamieYork Thanks for getting back in touch. It’s definitely something I’m interested in, unfortunately haven’t got the money required yet but in the near future I hopefully can be in the position to pop APG in the comments!
Thanks! Would be great to work together! Head over to www.aspirepropertygroup.co.uk/?RUclipsOrganic and fill in your details, and a member of my team will be in touch! 😊

I think BTL is pretty much dead. With Labour coming to power in just a couple of months, it's almost a certainty that they will introduce a progressive tax on owning multiple properties, rent controls, etc. I don't want to comment the efficiency of these policies to make properties more affordable. However, they will hurt the majority of investors in a big way...
It’s not dead in my opinion. People have been saying that for years. It will adapt to whatever changes come in. It might be a different approach in 10 years but for now we have an incredibly strong model. We will see of course 😊
@@JamieYork I think it's different this time. And excuse me for the phrase, I know what you think🙂Properties became so unaffordable. I think this will backfire to all of us who thought prices can just keep rising. I'm realistic and I know who the main voters of Labour are. These people don't have a chance to own a property right now...But as you say, let's wait and see🙂
