No, its not rare. Every judge has to review the case from both sides or else you can’t be a judge. If the plaintiff or the accused is interrupting or being a smart ass, as a judge you CAN rule in favour of the “quiet or well behaved” on. But if both parts is well behaved the judge can’t be bias. A judge will loose the job if he/she doesn’t review or allow all the evidence. I’m sorry for my english. It’s not my first language and it has been 25 years since I graduated 👩🏼‍🎓🙈😬😄 So please correct my spelling or grammar if it makes no sense 😵‍💫😆

She getting paid half my paycheck every week just for… being married to him. He’s paying for the house too. Like people wonder why men don’t want to get married, here’s why. You won’t see many men getting any spousal anything in a divorce.
This woman got half his fucking retirement, spousal support, and a free house. Sure raising kids has value, but does it have THAT much value when the kids are already grown up. A man would get none of that

I dont understand spousal support. If you're divorced he shouldnt have to pay his ex wife to fucking live she should be taking care of herself

It makes sense if she's never had a job before and depended on him for basic stuff, but its pretty outdated now. At least in America.

@@queerlibtardhippie9357 well if she isn't/wasn't working that's her fault...she should have thought about if something like this was to happen....they need to put an end to spousal support

@@emmameyer2295 Someone has to raise the kids and its usually the woman who makes all the career sacrifices. Its better than leaving your poor defenseless babies with strangers who don't love them. Then when your kids are grown, you're no longer marketable. That's why spousal support exists because, otherwise, a man can use a woman for child rearing a house work then leave her destitute as they did for centuries.

Another example of a strong independent woman. But she needs her ex to keep supporting her even though she got the house and $16,900 annual payments plus $250,000 in retirement account. At least she tried I guess. My advice to young men is don’t ever get married. It’s not worth it with the system rigged and the gold diggers out there.
