Looks great, I,d like to try that with blueberries....as blueberries and lemon is such a great combo too.
I wonder if it,d work if you used softened icecream instead of the whipped cream, that really wold make it like an icecream cake,wouldn,t it? Hmmm it presents lots of ideas! With gingernut cookies??!!
